Style:7PK990 Bando has been manufacturing rubber products for over 100 years. Bando is the OEM suppliers to over 80 percentage of the top 10 cars sold in the U.S. (by volume). As an OEM belt manufacturer, the serpentine belts are precision ground two times to insure adherence to OEM specification. Shreds apart
I installed this to replace the original that had 86k miles, no cracks or rot, but figured preventative maintenance, right? This (see attached pics) is what happened after approx 1500 miles, the majority being highway. I don't know if I received a defective one or not, but the same issue has happened to other reviewers. The sad thing is it's made in the USA. So now I bought the best belt that Autozone offers and will have to wait and see how that holds up.

New Upgraded Belt...Use the new routing
I own a 2006 Honda Civic, EX 1.8L. The belt is very well made and fits perfectly if you follow the new routing. It is longer than the original belt as Honda released a service order and advised to use the new routing using a longer belt. I have attached a photo that I hope will help you change the belt with now problem.

Won't Fit My 2007 CR-V
This serpentine belt, 7PK1755, will not fit my 2007 Honda CR-V. It is the correct length, but due to its fibrous and shallow groove design, it won't settle into the deep groves of the pulleys and thus its effective length becomes too short. There are at least two different groove designs on serpentine belts. My CR-V requires the other design which has distinct, deep V-shaped grooves and ridges. I installed a Continental 4070690 belt, which has the correct groove design. It fits properly and is easy to install. My photo shows a comparison of this Bando belt's shallow grooves on the right and the Continental's deep grooves on the left.

Nice purchase
I replaced my old belt on honda accord 2007 SE 4cyl with this one.it is working ultimate. My only concern is original belt on my car had deep grooves but this one had shallow grooves but its working fine without issues. My advice for DIY:please please buy special tool for this purpose(i purchased grearwrench serpentine belt tool) and replacement of belt was very smooth.earlier i wasted my time n energy by using different wrenches, extensions, breaker bar with socket etc etc..but i was unable to replace the belt.but with special tool replacement was very easy and went very smoothly.i am planning to replace my belt again after 3years. I heard bando makes quality belts plus i saved some dollars by purchasing it from amazon as local auto parts was asking for almost $32 for this belt.and yes one more advice,to make sure which belt fits your vehicle, just go to bando website first and after entering all ur car information they will show you the exact model of the belt that fits ur car.note that model number of belt and then come back to amazon n order that belt.its just to be double sure so that things go well..!i hope it helps..

Belt Failed at Less Than 3K Miles! Stranded my Daughter and Damaged Her Car!!
I went cheap and it cost me and my daughter. This belt failed (I am an older guy been around cars for decades and never had a belt fail on me) while my daughter was driving her car. It chewed up wires to a sensor which caused the car to start shaking badly- almost lost control- scared her. Cost $160 to repair and a few hours of my daughter's time. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE ON THIS BELT!!!

2006 Honda CR-V EX
A squealing belt is probably the single most powerful detractor from a car's perceived value that I can imagine. My 2006 CR-V had one that would let everyone in the parking lot know that I had a car that was on its last legs. I slapped this puppy in there in about 20 minutes (it's a tight fit, but if you take off the passenger front tire it is easier) and it sounds and spins around those pulleys like a brand new belt. Here's a hint on working your tensioner pulley: put a 14mm box wrench on it, then on the open end, put in your 1/2" drive wrench or breaker bar. This will give you enough torque to loosen up that pulley in the tight space.

OEM Bando vs Bando Aftermarket
Great product and price. This replaced the factory Bando belt and the quality is as good but a little different then the factory OEM Bando Honda belt. The OEM belt seems to have a tougher weaved like fabric outer shell wereas the the Amazon supplied has a shiny rubber outer shell. The OEM Bando also is different on the inside grooves, the OEM belt has like rubber grooves whereas the the Amazon supplied has a felt like texture that seems to work well and keeps the noise down. *** BOTH of these differences ive mentioned maybe just the difference between a worn belt vs new.**** Check out the pictures ive included. I don't think you can go wrong with this part. The car is quieter and smoother then ever, but cant comment on the longevity.

Correct belt for 2011 Honda Accord 2.4L
Stretch, longevity, easy to install? I don't understand how these are parameters for a serpentine belt review. Stretch- it's not a stretch belt, it may stretch a little bit over time but that's what the automatic tensioner is for. Longevity- who knows at this point, my original belt was on there for 9 years and I replaced it as preventative maintenance. If this belt lasts for 9 more years I'll be happy. And finally, easy to install- not really but that has absolutely nothing to do with how the belt is made but rather how the car is designed. I will tell you that if you pull the belt out of the sleeve and hang it up for a day so it can straighten itself out a little it's a bit easier to install.

Perfect for Honda CR-V 2.4L MT (mk3)
Quality feels better than the OEM. But the OEM serpentine belt has run 132000km. I suppose this will last longer considering the awesome quality. Dimensions are spot on.

Great OEM replacement and cheaper to buy than at the ...
There are 2 belt options that'll fit on the Acura TSX (04-08), was this one (1755) and 1750. I bought this one and it works perfectly. Great OEM replacement and cheaper to buy than at the dealership.

Change your serpentine belt yourself!
Perfect fit for 2006 Acura TSX. Quality is good and was very easy to install by looking at youtube videos. Morning squeal is gone and saved $200 in dealership charges.
