If it is an Optic ready holster it should accommodate a 10mm front sight. 3/8 inch is roughly 9 1/2 mm.

Will it fit Smith&wesson m&p 2.0 4in with tracer?

The holster I bought was made specifically for my pistol. For example, if you have a Glock, buy a holster designed for a Glock, which typically will not fit a S&W.
