Purchased to replace a static stool at a casual work desk. Arrived quickly and despite there being no instructions included it was very easy to put together. A small spanner is included to tighten the wheels, however you will need a crosshead screwdriver (PZ2) for the screws in the base and the backrest.The assembled stool is reasonably sturdy and comfortable for casual use, and the height is easily adjustable up and down.Perfect for the price and intended use.

I searched for bar stool. This chair is just tall enough for a kid at a coffee table. The bolts that hold the chair back in place ate too short so had to buy some from Screwfix! Cheap, but cheap quality. Ill give it to my granddaughters!

I have back issues and both hips replaced so I chose this product to allow me to sit at my kitchen counter and wheel about whilst sitting and it certainly serves it's purpose for the price. I like the fact that it is small, lightweight and doesn't take up lots of space.The stool arrived quickly, 3-4 days.Whilst no instructions, obvious how to assemble and easy to do in minutes, however the gas lift did not work so when sitting on the stool, the height fell down to the lowest point.I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement. They responded quickly and offered a part refund assuming I could buy the part locally, which I declined as this is not the case.They immediately offered to send a new product and it arrived within 2 days, albeit the back rest on the new stool was torn - so we just swapped it with the original one and let them know.I am very impressed with the seller's customer service and their action to remedy this, especially considering the low selling price.

Very badly finished off. No instructions. Packets opened as if I was the second person to receive it. Base very small so unstable. Would tip over backward if you lean back on the backrest. Gave it 2 stars for delivery time.

Love the seat in my treatment room. Doesn’t take up a lot of room & I can move about well. Only one small thing to mention is the wheels loosen over a period of time but quickly tighten so not a real issue.

Arrived days quicker than advised, relatively easy to assemble (although an instruction sheet would be useful if needed). Perfectly adequate for occasional use in a small space (which is why I got it)

Flimsy rubbish the back isn’t secure enough to lean on , the hydraulics go up but won’t go down again . The seat is tiny , the whole thing is unstable. If you’re thinking of buying , don’t , not worth the money . Also came with no instructions.
