I waited a long time for this book to arrive. It was well worth the wait! It's truly fantastic.I love that it's written in a very approachable way. Mr. Kane is very successful. But he wrote a book in a way that shows he can talk to anyone about anything. Anyone from students to C-Suite leaders can read this book and benefit from it.The best part about this book though, is that it was written by someone who has actually led people in real businesses that everyone has heard of. When Phillip Kane says that caring for others is a better way to lead, it's not some academic theory, it's something he proved for over 30 years. And the book includes actual memos from him to his people that help bring the concepts fully to life. So as a reader you can fully imagine what it means to operationalize this style of leadership.This book would be perfect either for a young leader looking for a guide to the right way to lead or for a long time leader looking to change their style to keep up with what the world is looking for now.Because that's the point. This book is fantastic! If you are or want to be a servant leader, this book is a must read. I loved the message and the real stories behind each message. Phillip shares real world examples of how to be a great leader and anyone aspiring to be better and great should read this book!
