can i use this to set bevels on my table saw? trying to avoid something digital

no - it only allows for crude measurements, trying to obtain repeatable accurate measurements will be very difficult if possible at all

Is this the 12” square

NO that is the regular size. They do make a 12" square that is adjustable made by Swanson but its in the Aluminum Color not Black and yellow

So I have used one of these to cut Plumb cuts on rafters. My question is this, is this tool really more handy or different then a bevel square?
