This grinds peppercorn like nothing I've ever used before! No effort and grinds like a machine! Love it!

I love freshly ground pepper in the restaurant on salads, meat, veggies, etc. This is a high quality tall grinder that really puts out nicely ground pepper.I love it.

i use to grind pepper. can turn clockwise or counter clockwise - so supposedly get two varieties of fineness (coarseness). so, claim only 2 settings. not sure how well it even does that. solid wood - so unlike prior grinders, i can not see how full of peppercorns the grinder is. i use in kitchen for cooking. could have paid more for larger, more impressive version - but do not have dinner parties, do not use at dinner table.i previously bought a small metal funnel to avoid peppercorns spilling out onto kitchen counter when previous pepper mill overflowed. mills have problem because metal vertical piece gets in the way. i have same problem with this pepper mill even with the funnel. i use pepper for omelets and other dishes. then, it seems i may not be getting much pepper when i grind. i open up pepper mill and see it is virtually empty. so, often have to fill it. now, i see picture on top showing one filling the pepper mill using a tea spoon. i had realized i need to use a teaspoon to fill the funnel to avoid annoying overflowing peppercorns. a bigger reservoir might be nice to lessen how often i have to fill it. a see through peppercorn would be nice so one would know when to fill it.

I wouldn’t say it’s a Chef’s best but works pretty darn good for me! Very pleased.

I bought the biggest one for my winter home in Texas. Now I have the smaller one for my home in IL.

This is a perfect pepper mill. I love having freshly cracked pepper on food that I am preparing for my loved ones.

I bought this as our regular pepper mill only holds a small amount of peppercorns, and we cook a LOT. So we find ourselves constantly refilling our pepper mill. This seemed like a cheap alternative we could use for cooking, but you get what you pay for. Our came incorrectly assembled. Thankfully I'm fairly mechanically inclined, so I was able to disassemble, and fix it, but to start, the pepper mill wasn't grinding anything put through it, this was because, upon assembly, the maker didn't secure the mill assembly to the body of the unit correctly. If this is a gift, or you do not feel inclined to troubleshoot what could be an incorrectly made mill, I would skip this one. You get what you pay for in the end.

Nice product however a little smaller than expected...even though they gave the dimensions. My fault however still a good solid product.
