I ordered this from the Amazon Warehouse, I got a great deal. It arrived quicker than expected. I was Really excited about this because my little "Ninjas" have one of these on their "Santa"wish list. However since I ran across this on the Amazon Warehouse deal, I didn't want to pass it up! When it arrived, I opened the package to check it out, the first thing I noticed was that the quality seems very high-end, well made, looks like it will definitely hold up to my little ones play days,plus it was packaged very well, with instruction booklet, with easy to understand pictures, Im confident I can install this by myself. It was missing a piece called a Meilong lock. I contacted them from their easy to navigate webpage (which I ended up at, because on that booklet that came with the Ninja pulley has a Qr code for extended warranty AND a Great discount on future purchases) I sent them a text/ email,and "Mr Anthony " responded right away.I told him what I had ordered and explained to him what I needed, and without any questions ask, he apologized for the inconvenience and said they would be more than happy to send me the missing part, along with a add-on piece "to make up for any inconveniences"(an actual SWING Seat ) that Im Sure the boys will LOVE and definitely was not expecting. I had also mentioned to him that this was "The" Birthday Gift for this Saturday's Birthday, And he said he is going to do everything on his end to get it here by then ! And I BELIEVE HIM!!! I mean Wow, What an awesome group of ppl they must have there. I plan on uploading some photos of Ninjas at play very soon. My opinion is, If you purchase from these guys you won't be disappointed, and if by chance there is any confusion, just contact them and they will help sort it out! You wont be sorry!1st Update...YES....it made it here the Next day. These guys really do care about their customers , they Not Only do what they said they was going to do, But go over and beyond what could be expected. Easy to install. Kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately the slider jammed and a kid fell and got hurt. I felt so bad. I have no idea why it jammed but we checked it out and got it to spin again. We will let our kids use it but I am not comfortable letting friends who come over use it.

We love that this comes with ALL the required accessories. Unlike other kits, we chose this because it comes with a slackline and monkey bar hold. So far it has worked perfectly- DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!

The kids age 3 to 7 loved this zip line. It was easy to put up

price and includes everything that is listed. These were a big hit for our nieces and nephews ages 8-21. We haven't set any of them up yet due to weather but I'm sure they will be used a lot!
