Comes with with a healthy amount of useful MOSFETs, only wish was there were a few more of the logic type for sensitive equipment but there were plenty for my project. Had all other types and in a very convenient package which helps keep these organized and for storing later. FET quality seems to be performing well in my pet projects. Good price for what you get!

Love these very convenient boxes to keep everything organized, with quick reference to pinouts on IC and values of components.

This is a nice assortment of mosfets, I have not tested them yet. I really like the plastic box to keep them organized, however I dont like that it does not lock the tabs properly and it can easily open which could cause them to fall of the box, other than that, I do recommend this product.

I used these to build a few transistor circuits I saw on YouTube and had no issues.

I haven't had any problem with package opening. Parts that I've used all worked.One thing I wish they would add is pinout image on the label showing Gate, Source, Drain pins on package and corelate schematic symbol. That would help much instead of having to look up the data sheet every time!
