Gaffers Tape Gray Heavy Duty, 2" by 30 Yards, Professional Grade Gaffer Tape, Non-Reflective, No Residue, Hand Tear, Self-Adhesive, Multiple Purposes (Grey, 2 inches x 30 Yards)

First time using gaffer's tape. We were at an astronomy event for several days and needed to shield our vehicle lights using this tape to hold material over them. The tape held perfectly and did not harm the paint on our van upon removal.

I use it for so many things. Bought twice. Great for labeling storage bags and containers. Sticks well, removes easily.

Doesn't stick or tear well. Subpar product.

Not so sticky as I want it to be.

I ordered this to keep my marley floors seamed together, came up after 1 day. I would not recommend.

I have used other brands of gaffers tape in the past, and by comparison, this one did not have the same grip/adhesive power. I only ordered this different brand because I specifically needed GREY color for a project. I was also dismayed to discover that about 2 yards into the roll, whatever machine had "wrapped" the tape must have messed up, because the tape was "wrinkled" over onto itself (so stuck to itself) which meant that 10 yards of this particular roll was totally unusuable. UPDATE: I went to use the remainder of the roll on a different product 2 days later -- and now a DIFFERENT problem. The grey "backing" peels away from the woven adhesive layer of the tape AS YOU UNROLL IT. THIS BRAND OF GAFFERS TAPE IS COMPLETE JUNK. Do not buy. Out of a 30 yard roll, I was only able to use about 5 yards. The rest had to be thrown away.

Strong Adhesive and easy to remove. Does not leave any sticky residue on extension cords or wires.

Melted in a lightest amount of sun. Does not really stick to the surface. Gaffers tape is normally more of a fabric to stop from slipping while this is more of a shiny material that is slippery on the floor.
