T-Rex Racing 2016-2019 Suzuki GSX-S1000 No Cut Frame Sliders - White & Red

Found this item via the Suzuki GSX-S1000 forums. Decided to give these slider from T-Rex Racing a shot as I liked the design and the fact it uses both engine mount bolts. The "GSX S1000" logo is great! I did have to use a sharpie to touch up some of the black that was white around the lettering cutout but that was quick and painless and really just me being picky (it was not all that noticeable). Speaking of installation, it was a breeze! However the instructions provided were for their engine/case protectors and not for the frame sliders...I found what I needed on the forums though. You'll need a 8MM allen socket for the bolts ($1.97 at local parts store) and I researched online whether or not I should use some thread-locker, it was advised to use some to be safe and I decided that it wouldn't hurt so used some blue (medium strength) loctite thread-locker. Took just minutes to install. I torqued the bolts back to specs of 40.5 foot-pounds (486 in inch-pounds) They look FANTASTIC! The quality is really top notch and I have no doubts about the strength of these! They look great and right at home on the bike!Edit: I contacted T-Rex Racing and they emailed me the correct instructions and apologized for the inconvenience within 12hrs. Great customer support!
