The product is made of plastic which is too light weight to holds glass window.
I ordered the same regulator over three years ago and it worked perfectly. Over the years the window fell through the door once again. After re-ordering the same part and disassembling the door to install the regulator, I discovered that more than just the regulator was broken therefore I had to order the entire fixture that operates the window. Although I will have to return it, it works perfectly.
