My 2-year-old granddaughter reaches out and grabs the stands to stabilize herself as she walks. She has yet to topple the speakers on top. The base plate is substantive. I do wish there was some way to fasten the speaker to the pedestal. I thought the instructions could have been better. The cord management system is not easy to do. Overall, the product is aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, and of great value.

I love these stands! They were very easy to assemble and feel very solid. I really like the curved square base detail because it compliments the Sonos ONE speaker very well. I'm also very happy with the weight of the base too. It's heavy enough that I'm not worried about the speaker toppling over. All-in-all I'm a very happy camper! Would recommend!

First of all, these are very easy to assemble and even feeding the cables through is easy. The resulting stands are solid, stable, look more expensive than they are and will last as long as you need them to. The only issue I had is one I've seen mentioned by a couple of other reviewers. The bases are designed to be fitted with a choice of spikes for carpet or small feet for hard floors and so are pre-tapped for screw-in fittings. Three of the threadings on my first stands were faulty, preventing three of the feet/spikes from being fully screwed in. This meant that the stands could never be level/stable. The issue was with the stands and not the feet and the only way this can be fixed is by using washers - which weren't supplied. You can't use force because the threads just don't go deep enough. My advice? If you have this issue, don't waste time trying to fix it. Just order replacements from Amazon. Mine arrived in two days and were perfect. All eight feet screwed in easily and all the way using my fingers and I'm very happy with the stands.

Stand was a breeze to setup. It’s so easy to adjust the height, perfect for when I am moving the sonos around the house. Looks great and has some heft. Happy with my purchase!

Let me start out by saying that these stands will only fit the SONOS ONE SL due to the platform that the speakers sit on. The ONE and the ONE SL have totally different bottoms. The bases have threaded studs to screw the feet into that are no good because they have either powder coating or paint in the threads that won't allow the feet to be screwed in. The best and proper fix for this (I used to be a machinist) is to use a M16 X 1.0 bottoming tap to clean out the threads, secondly, the feet themselves For hard surfaces, (not the ones for carpet) will need to be cleaned up in order to get them to screw in flush. I used a utility knife to remove the excess coating from the threads before screwing them in. The next issue you will find is running the power cable into the stand. Start by removing the Allen head screw on the side, next, remove the adjustment t- bolt and then remove the two screws to take of the bezel. Once this is done, pull the top piece out of the bottom piece, if not, you won't be able to get the power cable through the stand. Next, run the cable through the lower piece and then run it through the upper piece, and then re-assemble the stand. After going through all of this, the stand itself is very sturdy and well made. I hope this helps you with your assembly.

With so many choices for Sonos One stands, I decided on these based on reviews. I received them timely, easily assembled them, and placed in my room. The stands are very steady and hold the speakers securely. The height adjustment is a great option when placing the speakers near furniture. Being able to position the speakers to have a clear field in front of them is ideal when you don't have the perfect room layout. I'm very happy with my purchase!
