A perfectly functional scooter, just not as advertised.
I bought this as a replacement/upgrade of my old electric scooter. The difference in price between my old scooter and this one was roughly $125 with this one being the more expensive one. The difference in price seemed justified with the features and specs... that's not the case.- The battery life IS good, nearly double my old scooter. That, the efficacy of the brakes, and the ease of folding it for transports are the only things about this scooter that match the provided specs.- The advertised top speed is 19mph. I am lucky to get it going 15mph with the average being 13mph. To get it going 15mph I have to accelerate for a minute straight. Regardless of which speed setting 15mph is the ceiling. Contrast to my old scooter which reached 15mph in under 8 seconds and could overcome inclines easily.- There is absolutely no chance that this can climb any sort of incline despite advertising such. It doesn't matter which speed setting is selected- this will not climb inclines.- I actually had to return the first one I received because the spring with in the throttle/accelerator broke. It become stuck in a way that the scooter was always accelerating. Thank goodness the brakes were excellent and that this occurred late at night because otherwise I would've been in serious danger... and finally, the biggest gripe of all, is the App. In order to install the app you must scan a QR code found in the manual. This QR code brings you a web page that is incredibly bare-bones and honestly looks similar to a scam website. On this web page are two links - one to download the app if you have an Android and one to download the app if you have an Apple. Having an Android I clicked that link and was immediately brought to a "connection refused" error page- this happened every time regardless if I used my data or a wifi connection. Contacting the seller had them send me a different QR code which gave me the same error. Eventually I was able to download the app and... and it was not what was promised. The app connects via bluetooth but it does not auto-connect. You must go into the app, go to "find device" and connect to your scooter again. This isn't necessary to ride your scooter but it's a hassle if you want to use the features... if there were any features to use, that is. You can toggle on cruise control, which takes around 15 seconds of holding the accelerator down to toggle, and you can toggle a zero-start *most scooters want you to kick it before it will accelerate- toggling zero-start means it'll accelerate without need that*. The ability to "lock your scooter" does NOT exist. Also the bluetooth requests permission to access your media, your phonebook, your microphone, and a whole slew of things I doubt a scooter needs. All of that said- this scooter does work. It performs the job I need it to perform. The ride is actually very, very smooth compared to my last scooter which had a bumpy ride. I simply wish the specs weren't outright lies and that I needn't jump through so many hoops to download an app that does next to nothing.Buy at your own risk.

Definitely not what advertised unless going down steep hills..
It's a sturdy scooter for the price range it is in. On nife flat surface with somebody about 220 pounds it'll go about 15mph instead of the advised 18-19 mph range. I'm fine with that. On hills it gets to the 19-20 mph range for sure and it's really fun but it short lived if you have drive up a steep surface. I have yet to ride it on a full charge though. I'll come back and update this once I've given it a full charge and ride it around. The milling for screw holding on the handle bars is really poor. I'm guessing within transportation my ignition throttle got all messed up so it's really lose but it works I guess but just has no resistance at all so it very easy just to take off at full throttle and the rubber part keeps wanting to come off. I expected a little more but I'm not disappointed this will be fun to get around on!

Kept but wouldn't buy again
This is the second electric scooter I've purchased. I like more the first scooter (Hiboy) I purchased. This one I bought for my wife because it is not as tall and it is lighter than the 1st scooter. The charging port is on the side of the scooter near the ground. The first scooter I bought has the charge port located at the handlebar which I prefer.I'm satisfied with this scooter but if I bought a third scooter I'd buy try some other brand/model.

Quality Feel, but mine didn't work :(
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product to use on my college campus. The price is great. Product feels like quality. However, upon initially opening the box, some of the paint had rubbed off in transit. (Pictures included). This didn't bother me too much; minor cosmetic damage. What did bother me was THE PRODUCT DIDN'T TURN ON.I assembled it, then tried to turn it on; didn't work. I thought it might have needed charging. I charged it until the light on the battery turned green, like instructed. It still didn't turn on. I thought maybe the charger light was deceiving, so I charged it for almost 10 hours (as stated to be the maximum charging time for the first charge in the instruction manual). This still didn't work!Tried turning it on plugged in, and unplugged. Single-pressed, double-pressed, held down the power button. Still nothing. So I'm going to have to get it replaced or fixed by the company. It's a bummer because I really wanted to get on here and leave a positive review. I'LL UPDATE THIS REVIEW when the problem is resolved. I'll give it 3 stars for now just based off product design, quality, and how light it is compared to other electric scooters.UPDATE:I went to disassemble the scooter to ship back. While disassembling it, I found a black wire tucked in the handlebar connection point. I looked at the underside of the handlebar piece and found the other side of the wire. The scooter works like a dream after connecting it. (There is no mention of this wire in the instruction manual but it’s a black wire that supplies power.) Hopefully this helps anyone who is having the same problem I had. This scooter is great quality for it’s price. The material definitely feels quality. It’s easy to fold and lift into my car after my classes. And it’s an even easier lift and snap to unfold the scooter for use. The scooter is very sturdy as well. I weigh 233 pounds and it’s still capable of going up hills with me and my backpack in “ECO” mode. The only problem is it SLOWS DOWN WHILE GOING UP STEEPER SLOPES more than other more expensive scooters, but it still gets the job done. I WOULD RECOMMEND!PS: There’s styrofoam wedges in the wheel sockets. Remove before use :)
