This is a game changer, this is what you need if you have ANXIETY, you have to keep your head cool if you have anxiety the amygdala is what gets hot and overreactive and keeping your head on ice (LOL) is very crucial to soothing your anxiety. I put this on and had instant relief; I will be getting another one for backup. The fit is great like a stretchy snug, the ice packs go all around, and it doesn't sweat condensation on the outside. I'm amazed that there aren't more ANXIETY COLD PAK products on the market. Keeping a cool head really helps. My only suggestion is that there should be an ice pak also at the top of the cap and there isn't, but that's ok because you can reposition the cap on your head thereby moving one of the ice paks to the top of the head. I will be wearing this as much as I can.

I love this item. I don't actually get migraines, but I have autism and when I'm feeling overwhelmed I like having something that compresses my head and blocks out light and sound. This product does all of those things perfectly and the cooling is such a bonus! I got it out the fridge after 20 mins and it was already cold and stayed that way for probably 40 mins. Baring in mind I live in Hawaii that's pretty good going. It's comfortable to wear, odour free, and I like that the eye section can be flipped up so you can wear it around. The eye pieces don't quite sit on my eye sockets, but I do have a pretty small head so that might be why. For me it's already proved worth the money.

I love how this cools down my entire skull. The only downside, as I've seen in other reviews, is that the material is very thin and the gel packs sitting on my cheekbones were so cold that it hurt. It would be better with a soft flannel inner lining. But, I adjusted it so that it sat a little higher. I love the adjust hole in the top where you can let your pony tail out or just cinch it in for a tighter fit on the top of the head. It was like heaven and my headache pain just fell away while I had it on. This thing is awesome!

if you have a tiny head or you're looking for pressure, this might be a bit loose. I am extremely sensitive to pressure on my head, especially at the temples and crown of my head, and this product is perfect for me. my head is 22" around, for reference, and I'm at the smaller end of fitting for this ice hat. if you have a big noggin, it's designed so that the frozen packs are sewn separately into stretchy fabric, so it should adjust without putting pressure on the ice packs. note: of you do stretch it to fit a bigger head, there would be some 1/2-3/4 inch gap between ice packs (estimated). with my head being smaller, there's no gap between ice packs, which is a lot of cold it looks RIDICULOUS. there's no way I can think of to make this look subtle or cool. but that's not it's purpose. the fabric will pick up smells in your freezer, so I recommend putting it in a gallon ziplock bag if I could add anything to it, I would put super soft padding on the eyes, or like a layer of baby flannel, to help adjust how cold it is on my eyelids. but that's very minor and just an idea I had. I may simply sew something on the eye pads. my kids really wants to put googly eyes on the outside. we call it the squid. have already recommended this to friends with migraines

I love the concept of this. It seems like it would work great. But having this in the freezer or even the fridge makes it too cold to be placed on skin. The fabric between the ice packs is very thin and having this on your skin for more than 2 mins was painful. Plus the gel packs are bulky rectangles. I thought they would be a bit flatter. But it did fit nice on the face and head. It did give a bit of compression to the head, which was awesome. The material seems durable and there is a cord to tighten the top if you want it to be more hat like instead of a tube. This just wasn't for me. I wish one of the sides had a thicker, more like a felt material to protect the skin from cold damage. But there wasn't enough room to add a layer of thicker material like a wash cloth. At that point it made more sense to use a different ice pack.

My adult son has used these now a few times and they really do make a difference. We have two, just swapping them out after the first one melts. Keep them in the back of the freezer for just in case.

It's a little bulky, but it delivers on coldness. It stays cold longer than other slim brands. I've tried a few. It was worth the purchase for me; I get bad migraines several times a week.

II had my first migraine and nothing was helping. This ice 'hat' really did help the mot. Messes your hair up but when you have a migraine, you don't care if that happens. LOL. The 'hat' is well put together and easy to put on.

Product is not as advertised. It looks like soft silicone gel filled when in actual fact it is just loose and ill fitted ice packs in each horrible little section of the hat. It might last longer than the silicon gel filled hats but it is no where near as comfortable as when it’s frozen the ice packs inside the hat are solid.

Stays colder for a longer period of time than any other cold pack i have used.
