I have purchased several mops. This is my favorite! No you don’t have separate wash and rinse compartments, but I like to change water after each room and go back and rinse at the end so it does not matter to me. It comes with several extra heads if you desire to change for rinsing, baseboards or walls. And wiping walls and baseboards is easy as the mop locks in place for this task. To unlock, press with foot. To spin dry, make sure mop is level, (press with foot) unlock handle, and move handle up and down to the desired level of dryness. I like it extra dry for hardwood and not as dry for porcelain, lock the handle at the comfort length to mop. The spin feature is easy to remove and place in a tub or sink for cleaning or use if you need that. There is a drain hose on the bucket, wheels and a handle.I didn’t get to buy the color I wanted, they were out, but that’s ok. Love this mop!

My roommate wanted an “old fashion” mop, I wanted one I didn’t have to touch to ring out! We are both happy with this mop.It isn’t as full as an “old fashion” mop but the heads are as full as needed. That dry spin will get it pretty dry if you spin more than 2x I find it too dry to mop. Comes in handy when putting it away you can get the mop head super dry and it isn’t dripping on anything.The bucket and spinner are well made.“That’s all I have to say about that.” - Forrest Gump

This product works great. It’s easy to use and assemble. It does facilitate work a lot! I have it four stars only because the part where it locks the mop broke after five uses. There is metal part that locks the plastic release and that is the part that kept falling until I was unable to find it so the mop stopped working for me because I wasn’t able to keep it locked in the tall position. I contacted amazon to see if just the mop could be replaced they said I needed to return the entire product and they would replace it. For me, that was just wasteful as the bucket and all the accessories were in excellent condition. In the picture I posted you can see that I fixed my mop. For the seller if he/she ever reads this just fix that one part of the mop and you have a killer product.

I thought I would go away from the traditional mop. I thought I would try this to see if it was worth it. For me, it was worth it. I had to get used to the mop head because it spins when you mop. The mop handle is adjustable and it tilts at the mop head. The bucket has a spinner that spins the excess water out so you are not putting puddles onto your floor. The bucket also has a drain on it so you don't have to tilt the whole bucket to get rid of the water. I love it and I am trying new things to make things simpler for myself.

I was excited to mop my house today but upon taking this out of the box, not only was it broken, but very a poor design as well. The mop handle was broken and I feel as if this was pure laziness on the company. I highly doubt USPS was playing football with my mop and bucket. Also, I noticed that the rubber feet on the bottom of the cheaply made plastic connecter from the mop head to the handle, prevents from standing the mop upright and changing directions. After inspection, I noticed that someone would have to put a lot of pressure on cheaply made parts, which means that it will break at some point shortly after initially using the mop. I am not exchanging, I am returning and ordering from a different company. Poorly made and obviously a company that doesn't design their product for ease of use.

The only metal is the spinner. The rest is thin plastic. The handle 2 move it is so bad it fell off when I moved the bucket creating a huge mess 2 clean up. The mop heads are good, thick & well made. I love how well it spins the mop clean. My only issue is it having a thin plastic handle thats 2 short 2 even use.

Great to use, love how it spins almost dry so floor is not sopping wet. Love that it can easily be drained and that it has a handle to easily move around. Just a great product, and have had no issues. Also comes with the extra mop heads, a big plus. I highly recommend this spin system.

Update:I’m so satisfied with the post-sale service received by seller; immediately they read about about my difficulties with the product, contacted me and were minded to solve the situation.I have just received a full refund, showing respect to my complaint.First review:The joining parts are made of a very poor quality.Lock button doesn’t stay clicked in place and placing the mop vertically to 90 degrees to begging mopping is so annoying and difficult.

It's a bit complex in the way you use it. And the mop itself is not as strong or long as would like. You have to really work with this mop to make it work.
