Size down for compression
Overall pretty happy with these. They aren’t transparent and are very comfortable. The cobalt blue colour is nice and they provide a nice shape to the legs. If you are buying them for compression purposes though I would size down, especially if you have slim legs as they are a generous fit on the legs.

Comfortable but seam split after a month
Sadly the seam split the day after the returns policy stopped ability to return/exchange the leggings.Bought 11/05 and seam broke 14/06.Disappointing.Otherwise the leggings are comfortable and very high waisted

Comfortable compression leggings
These are very comfy even though they are compression type fabric. I have a feeling that this fabric will bobble/pill easily, from experience but that's okay for the price. I like the high waist that enables me to wear them under sheer shirts etc. without being too revealing. Couldn't see a size guide - UK 12 approx. large, UK 10 approx. Medium UK 8 approx. Small and UK 6 approx. XS. I'm UK 10-12 and large is comfy with some compression. I also also ordered the Medium for more compression.

Grips postpartum belly
Not transparent, thick but is ribbed and not suitable for those with thin legs because the legs are loose and not true to size. Waist grip is amazing. Not for tall girlies
