good product for the purpose it serves. Do not expect quick results if you wish to avoid pain. However some pain is expected if your neck is stretched, otherwise it will not make any difference. Overall I can say with confidence that it is comfortable having used other similar products. The process can not be totally painless because the very nature of such equipment. you do not need help of another person to wear it and remove it. It accommodates a wide range of neck size.

A little restricting but that’s the idea!, holds your head in the correct position taking the weight off your neck muscles. The device is well made. I use it for half an hour each day and it has helped my neck pain a lot.

Whilst it felt like it night give good support, it puts huge pressure on cervical arteries the more you increase the traction and also causes pain in the TMJ, which might be ok if you don't have any issues with the joint but if you do have then I would avoid using this device

Device itself is made of two parts which you connect them together with velcro tapes on both sides of device. This make sure that it will fits more people with various neck and head sizes and still at the same time extremely strong so guarantee it will hold it in place.I love that you can adjust it in three different places. You have front and back knob as well inflatable column section on back. You inflate with by pump included in box. Front knob is responsible for correct height of the neck, back for tightness of this device. Inflatable section is responsible for bringing shoulders down and giving relief for cervical spine.Device is very sturdy, in hand feels very premium and high quality. I can see it as a perfect device for people with continuous pain. For this money it seems like very good deal.

After a car accident a few years ago I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain that has now lead to other issues. I’ve been intrigued by tractions devices for a while to see if they would help but wanted an at home item that offered a little more controlled traction than the cheap blow up things you see everywhere. This seemed like a good middle ground to start on, and though not the cheapest it is a good quality item that is adjustable in serval places making it a better fit.Sadly though nothing with the device tells you how exactly it should fit. I wasn’t sure how tight I needed it or quite how high up the chin rest needed to be. I could move each piece about (everything is attached with Velcro) but I had no idea if it was in the right place. I ended up doing a lot of research and watching many YouTube videos to figure it all out.Once I did have it on correctly I was incredibly impressed with the whole thing. Your head is raised upwards and slightly back, stretching the top of your spin into the optimal position. It also holds the full weight of your head so the muscles in your neck can relax and and recover.While it’s on it does feel a little claustrophobic but you do get used to it. If it’s too tight it feels like you can’t breath so you do have to take it slow when first using it to get the fit right.It didn’t hurt while on at all though, but I did notice my upper back hurt a lot less when I had it on.When taking it off you can feel your head almost sink back down as you take it’s full weight again but otherwise it was fine. My shoulders did hurt a little more for the first couple of days but in the long run they started to ease off and I actually felt a huge difference.I also think it’s helped improve my overall posture which in turn has obviously helped my pain as well.Overall I do think this is a good at home traction device that does work. It isn’t the cheapest and at £119.99 (it’s current price) but it feels a good quality and for the pain relief I’ve felt already I do think it’s worth it so I’d still recommend it even at this price.

Great neck brace 👍🏻very comfortable and durable. As someone with shoulder and back pain, this was perfect for me as it relieved my pain and made me genuiely feel a lot better. This was quite comfortable on my neck and not as heavy as I expected. Overall, this works very well and does the job. Would recommend 👍🏻
