Nair Brazilian Spa Clay Total Care Face Trio, 1.35 Ounce

I have used this product twice now and I think I have it figured out. I have very fine blonde hairs on my lip, so was assuming the product wouldn't need the full amount of time. The first time I left the hair remover on for 7 minutes and I still had some hair that was left and I was afraid to put the hair remover back on right away. The second time I used the product I used a much thicker layer and left the hair remover on for 10 minutes (the max the box suggests) and I had great results. The only issue I had was with the corners of my mouth. It is hard to decide how close to my lips the product should go. I went slightly onto my lips the second time I used it and the corners of my mouth were very tender, like I may have burned them. I like that the product has the balm to apply before applying the chemical hair remover. I don't use the third step which is a moisturizer.

This product does not fully remove hair, when it does, it has to be left on longer than the recommended time. My daughter is only 15 and is very self-conscious, but it did not work well; we have had to pluck hers also, but it did remove a little bit of hers in the recommended time frame. For me, I left it on longer to try it out, and it did remove some of the hair, but left the areas very, very dry..

Item arrived within stated time frame, item is as described. Unfortunately, did not work at all. No hair was removed, tried several areas of my face and one test on my arm in case my facial oils were interfering (facial hair is medium - coarse, arm hair is medium). Followed directions, prepped, used all the steps; very frustrating. There was a definite depilatory smell, so not sure why it did not work. Also, left my skin feeling stripped (not quite raw, but definitely irritated), like depilatories in the past which did work.Of course, I tried to return it, but it is not eligible for return! Apparently, it is too hazardous to ship?? But it was shipped to me?? Amazon ended up giving me partial credit for the Amazon fulfilled items that were in my order with this, so they basically refunded my money. That's why I stick with Amazon, but I won't be buying this product again, and likely will avoid this seller.

Didn't work as well as I thought it would. I still had facial hair after treatment.

I have used every product out there for upper lip,from expensive Olay which dosent work to Sally Hansen which tests on animals plus dosent work ,and this Nair I was excited cause of clay and something different but dosent work ..but regular Nair does and veet.so I will stick with them.

This product barely worked. i tried removing my few chin hairs and it didnt do much.

Works fairly well. I feel like the actual clay needed to stay in a bit longer, but I really worked well. Loved the before and after steps to prep and care for skin afterwards.

If I can give a no stars I would, don't even bother with this product especially if you have really dark hair. I'm Italian woman and a woman with PCOS and I get facial hair bad. So I hoped this product would work but nope, not even for my upper lip. Save your money don't get this product, if you have coarse hair and have PCOS.
