If you set it up right, you can have rings at the top, and the handles at the bottom for pushup exercises.Rings in themselves are good. This strap system can be better in some ways than the other. My other strap system is numbered, so the advantages are less.It is nice to have the other accessories that come with the rings in case you find a use for them.Lots of great exercises you can do with rings.

I love these. The wood could be a bit smoother, but nothing a bit of sandpaper can't fix.These style of straps are great for hanging off anything that is perfectly level. I'm still hanging onto my old-style straps for whenever I need to throw them over a tree branch or something that requires micro adjustments to get them to the same height.

These are great quality. The grip tape didn't last very long, and I like it better bare wood anyways. I love the straps that have numbering. This makes it so much more simple that set them up equal lengths. I also like that it comes with separate, TRX-like handles which are good for other exercises. I would buy these again, but it seems very durable so I don't anticipate needing to. I use them alot and there are no signs of fraying or wear of any kind.

I purchased this product looking primarily for a wooden set of rings with good straps. I previously owned a set that were plastic rings with straps that had buckles. They worked fine but everything I read indicated that the buckles will eventually stop holding the strap. So I started to look for alternatives and ended up with this set.The primary thing that drew me to this set was the straps. After careful research these were the type of straps that will last a long time. The other attachments that came with the set was a bonus, I was only looking for rings and I owned a TRX suspension training system before and didn't really like it so the handles weren't a big deal to me.The packaging is top notch on this product. If you are looking for a gift this will definitely be good for the recipient. The rings are fine. Nothing different than any other wooden rings I have used before.The straps are top notch quality I use these at home with dedicated ceiling anchors and they work great. I have yet to try taking these outdoors to use in a park. Should be quite versatile. My only concern is the caribiner does have some rough edges and over time this may wear at the straps.The handles are very nice quality. It is similar to what I would find at a commercial gym. They work great and makes the system function like a TRX. So you are getting a 2 for one deal here. Rings and TRX. A lot of the exercises can be done with the rings only but the handles definitely provides better grip and mobility since the grip can rotate.They also include foot straps which allow for a few extra exercises. Also great quality. I have not used the door anchor yet. But I am sure it works fine.The only thing missing is a carrying bag. But I would rather not have one as it will just increase the price of the final product.This type of strap system is also a bit slower when adjusting but the numbered slots give very consistent setup everytime and this is definitely benficial.
