I was looking to buy emergency foods for a while, I saw the ReadyWise Emergency Food Supply Ready-Grab Bag and bought it for a camping trip, I was impressed with the quality and the taste of the food, amazing value for money, the packaging is robust and sturdy, and will 100% purchase again.

Amazing products! Readywise have done a fantastic job with the grab bag. The bag was perfect for our camping trip and the meals were delicious, can definitely recommend the cheesy macaroni! Make sure to buy here, from the official Readywise amazon shop as we’ve had some poor experiences with resellers in the past. 10/10

Why did I not know about this before?! This would have been great to have around in the lock downs for sure. Great if you like to have a little emergency food kit in the house. Also super for camping, and for an outdoor get together (picnic style?) if you need something simple to prepare and eat. Could be useful for the elderly too, who can’t prepare much for themselves. It’s an interesting one though… doesn’t taste quite like the fresh version, but really isn’t too bad! It’s surprising how much it swells up once your boiling water is added. This bucket should have 80 portions it says - probably depends on how hungry your family and friends are really! 4 bags of rice, 2 bags of chicken, 2 bags of beef, 1 bag of chicken flavouring and 1 of beef flavouring. You don’t need to use the full bag up at once as they seal shut. The instructions are easy enough, and really it’s like preparing pot noodles! - combine product and boiling water, stir, cover and stand for allocated time… voila! Works out at about £2.50 a portion if you get the 80 servings - not the cheapest meal you could prepare, but convenient and great if there’s not much else around for eating. Great shelf life, and a convenient bucket!

Received this a few days ago and thought i would test one, to say it freeze dried food with shelf life of 25 years its not half bad. I would recommend testing each one as i tried the chilli macaroni with the guided 4 cups of water and it was like runny soup so take the cooking requirements with a pinch of salt

They are meant to have a shelf life of 7 years.I keep a backpack for emergency which contains important documents, power bank, flashlight, some cash etc. I have added a few packets of this inside too.I tried both the chicken and beef and they taste better than I expected for an emergency food. They are very easy to prepare too - just add hot water.These are also good to bring on hikes and camping.

The product looks fine. Ordered & paid for a ReadyWise 80 Servings pack. Got a 60 Servings pack. Struggling to find a way to find a way to remedy the fault as the product comes up as none returnable.

+ long preservability+ drybag and thus easy carrying options+ breakfast options- taste (especially the cheesy maccaroni - be aware...)- high price and mediocre taste- compared to alternatives where you cook the food within their packaging/bags you need more water, also for clean-up

un sceau de rations d'urgence avec sur le papier 80 repas a conditions de faire ses portions car oui seul bémol si il en est les sacs ne son pas individuel pour chaque repas mais par lot . Le kit est donc adapté a du statique ou du groupe.Autrement niveau repas la préparation est classique pour du déshydrater: eau chaud et repos.Impressionné par les morceaux de viandes une fois réhydraté c'est agréable d'avoir de vrais morceau et pas une bouilli c'est un + pour le moral en cas de soucis.Au gout rien a dire c'est assez bon et les épices sont un très bon point.
