Savage Hearts: Queens and Monsters, Book 3

I Love You Ms. Geissinger and your never ending creative writing skills!!! The storyline is well crafted from the very first page to the last. The characters are well developed and complex which only adds to the feeling of being fully invested in the book. And oh….. the Audible companion for this installment as well as the other two books is over the top amazing! Such talented narration.Malek and Riley’s story depicts the hardships, woes and joys of the human condition. It illustrates how an event in one’s life can alter an individual’s destiny. It highlights resilience and the complexity of sibling relationships. I love the complexity of Malek’s character… a tough ruthless mafioso ad well as a loving, caring soul. As with the last two installments, the sex is graphic and edgy. This story involves “breath play” which is a truly controversial sex act which can cause serious neurological issues. Not really a fan of reading about it.Many reviewers did not particularly like Riley but I found her to be an interesting character with many redeeming qualities. I loved Spider and felt compassion for his plight. Can’t wait to delve into book 4 to read his story. The epilogue set the stage for an interesting story to follow. This series is so entertaining and lead us to the awareness that things aren’t always what they appear to be on the surface. That is the stellar writing JT is known for.The enigmatic Killian Black makes a cameo appearance in this story. The scenario is SO GOOD!

I thought this book sounded an awful lot like Carnal Urges (captor x captive) but it is SO different.In true Mafia form, Malek takes Riley as revenge for his brother being killed. But when things go south and Riley ends up hurt, he turns into a big, sexy softy. And I loved EVERY. SINGLE. SECOND of it.And I absolutely adored Spider in this book. I never thought a mafia book would have me crying, but I sure did tear up over Spider’s storyline in this one. I LOVED Ruthless Creatures which made me want to continue the series. Carnal Urges was great too, but not quite as good as Ruthless Creatures (even though I thought Sloane was a great badass MFC). But this one just had me glued to my kindle!!This one follows Sloane’s little sister Riley (who is just as sassy and badass). She comes to visit Sloane and meet her soon-to-be husband Declan and ends up getting a whole lot more than she bargained for.In this book we meet Malek (Mal). He’s high up on the Russian mafia food chain and he’ll stop at nothing to kill Declan (because he killed Malek’s brother 🤦🏻‍♀️). But when Malek lays eyes on Riley everything changes.There’s a whole kidnapping thing and lots of banter that leads to lots of chemistry between the sheets (and other places 😉). I really enjoyed these characters and the spice. The mafia drama is always fun too. I definitely recommend reading this series!

Just going to be short and sweet. JT Geissinger is fabulous. This series is wonderful. Love Mal and Riley. This is a high recommendation. You won’t be sorry. So, onto the 4th and final book of this series, Brutal Vows!!

Now I want to re-read Juliet and Killian's story, and Spider's again as well. I think I've read them all once and most several times. It an obsession with Ms. Kissinger's books.

How does each new book just get better? I can honestly say the only thing I didn't like was the change in Spider at the end. I'm sure the next book will change my mind, but damn what a jerk!Back to this book though... I want a Mal of my own. Riley was a bit annoying in the beginning, and I wish we were given a little more background of her and Sloane. But honestly, with what little we were given, I understood what Riley was about. The banter was hilarious. Mal was hot. Their love was adorableKage sucks. But I like the way everything is coming full circle for an ultimate HEA

I told myself the last book in the series was the best. But this one has made me a liar. I loved the characters, the settings, the story and everything in between. Wondering book!

It’s so hard to dislike one of the men in this series because they’re all awesome. I thought reading from each man’s POV would make me turn on one of the other men but this author does such a good job at tying all of them together. I also disliked Riley in the beginning; wasn’t too fond of her character. I felt like she was a more spiteful version of Sloane but she grew on me. And as always, Mal was so sweet to her. This book did move at a slower pace than the others though.

It was a good book. I liked Riley and loved to see Sloane and Declan (my favorite couple and book so far) again, Nat and Kage too.I liked the way the romance was build in the middle of the woods and I adored Malek. In the beggining not so much but later...The only thing that made me a little sad was Spider in the middle of all this. I understand the goal but still. And the way he is now, angry and bitter. What makes me feel hope is that he will be the protagonist in the next book and I want to see him happy.Loving this series ✨️

Well the author has done it again. Another masterpiece.So far I’ve fallen in love with every book out of this series. And although Sloane is my favorite female lead character, in this book she just wasn’t. Riley had some sort of character development I definitely loved, Mal too as the male character. Definitely a very sweet and wholesome book. In comparison to the second one, this one was not exactly in the comedic side, but more on the deep feelings and heartfelt conversations. Absolutely loved the spark that appeared between the main characters immediately. Such an awesome book, would 100% recommend.

Laughed out loud, squealed and rejoiced.The first book was great, the second, despite being a big fan of Sloane, was a little disappointing. But this one was incredible! Having Declan’s and Kage’s POVs included was a great touch.Now, onto the forth one because my baby Spider deserves some love.

OMG I'm really in love with this series. I've bin reading the 3 books in record time. The writing is brilliant the ladies are really headstrong and so loveable. The men are hotter than hot..it's burning you're kindles up in flames. I'm sooooooo impatient that I have to wait till the next book comes out....for me it is a 5 star
