Easy to install
It was easy to install and is working fine for my gas fire place. It's hard to find 750 milivolt stats in my town but found it at Amazon. Even home depot did not have them in my town.

Product as described - using for wall furnace
A wall gas furnace is all we have for a home built in 1940. The furnace HEATS the house perfectly. (better than my neighbors forced heat system)Originally, we used a digital wall thermostat that wouldn't regulate the heater properly nor "click" the heater on when set at a particular temperature. This type of product was recommended by our local gas company. Once the temperature is set it's been working perfectly. No it isn't like NEST, have time schedule or hi-tech capabilities. It's OLD SCHOOL - Easy to install, doesn't protrude from the wall mount and when you're cold, you'll need to get up and slide the thermostat to the desired temp. Works as described and to our needs.

Simple, easy to install, no-frills thermostat for our fireplace
I bought the CT33A for our millivolt gas fireplace. I lost the remote to it years ago and wanted thermostat control anyways. Install was simple, hardest part was running the wiring for the thermostat. Two wire, I used red and white, white connected to green "remote" TH wire at the fireplace, red connected to the red "remote" THTP wire on fireplace. I bought this model because of the "Honeywell" name and it having the "OFF" position as we don't want our fireplace turning on and off all of the time. Don't forget to remove the cardboard insert that's meant to be removed once it's installed, that took me a moment to figure out (I guess I should read instructions).
