Easy, efficient and fun to cook with
This little oven is great all around! We use it frequently to make pizza or just roast veggies or potatoes. It's important to use good hardwood firewood that is cut to kindling size. With a bit of trial and error we've learned how to maintain a pretty steady temperature and how to balance the heat below the stone with the heat from above. After 5 months of frequent use, the oven has held up well. Very happy with it. If you like cooking with wood fire, I highly recommend it.

Arrived damaged
It arrived with an indentation on the front area where the "door" cover fits. There's a small hole where the edge meets the dent.I thought I could pound it back in place but its made pretty strong. Whatever dented it must have hit it hard. But I like it & have used it.

RECIEVED A DIRTY USED OVEN?
Have not yet used this pizza oven, so I cannot say as to how it cooks. We received an oven that is very dirty and dented. We are SO disappointed because at this price point, we expected more.

Massive fun for minimal price and hassle ... can use nearly any fuel, but influences temps.
We are so happy that we started with this Outi. I already had Royal Oak hardwood charcoal, so just loaded it up and quickly got it going with a Mapp gas torch before fully pushing the coals drawer in. There is a wait (as you would expect) for everything, especially the stone, to heat up. You can vary the temps by how you place the charcoal, pellets, etc, and easily refill through the hatch. So simple, so fun. our favorite is to use almond flour tortillas as the crust and make desert pizzas with bananas, etc. on top of a spicy apricot jam, but so many choices and fun for both grandchildren as well as adults. It would be a nice option to be able to buy an extension to the chimney and hat, for some situations where it increases the draft and safety, but it isn't needed in most cases, and the price is just right the way it is.

Good performance and value for money
Very easy to assemble. I was impressed that the fire box goes all the way under the pizza stone, this means speedy heating of the stone. The build quality seems really good. The peel is decent and the bag is sort of a cover that then has two straps that fasten underneath, quite easy to fit and I’m happy not to have to wrestle the oven into an enclosed bag.It lit easily and came up to temperature quickly and cooked our pizza beautifully at between 300 & 350C on the built in thermometer. Very excited to try cooking steak in there. It is quite heavy, about 2kg more than the Ooni but it set up nicely on a sturdy aluminium camping table. It is a bit hungry for fuel, possibly because the fire tray is quite big, and unlike the more expensive models it doesn’t have any insulation but as I said, it heats really quickly. It was really easy to clean out. I removed the fire tray and put it on the table, this really sped up the cooling process, within an hour the embers were out and the oven cool enough to clean. The fire tray has a fold out base you can lift to get at the ash, a tent peg might be handy to use as a hook.I think this is great value for money, I paid £200 and considering the Ooni doesn’t give you a bag or peel it’s about £50 to £70 cheaper for the whole package. For that sort of saving I’m more than happy to have an Outi and not an Ooni. Really excited to take this camping and cook up pizza, flatbreads and flame grilled steaks.

Excellent oven
Came with a broken cooking stone. I contacted the seller. Replacement came next dayWe tried it at the weekend. Never done this before. Knocked up some dough. Googled how. Laid out a few tubs of ingredients Dol mio bolognese sauce Pepperoni ham olives onion pepper grayed cheese pineappleEveryone came round. We shaped up loads of pizza bases and everyone made their own.We used a bit of kindling wood lit with newspaper. Once alight, slid the fire drawer in, and away it went! Perfect pizzas. Rave reviews from guests. Easy peas. Thrilled with it. Roll on summer evenings.

Excellent price to performance ratio
This is a Second review after further consideration. 1st was damaged was replaced in 48hrs. Excellent service from Outi. Although The top crust and toppings are cooked better in an ooni as the flame is more exposed. I think the base is actually better in these. Also, considering the included accessories, makes the actual oven £150, for that price the performance is actually excellent.
