This product is a lifesaver for my lower back pain.... I use it a couple of minutes everyday and feel so much better the next day.. one thing to know this is not padded so if you don't want extra firm get something a little softer...

Because I was used to using a length of cheap ABS plumbing pipe so I thought this would be too soft or flatten out but I was wrong☺ and its probably better for me than the ABS anyway.
