Great value for the money
Bought this for identifying Mosquito species for testing purposes. The only thing I could say negative is that I wish the gooseneck lights had a dimmer know. But will buy again when the need arises.

Great for Coins
I don't mind the lights; I just turn them down in the back but you can't turn them off. I love this for coins. I can look at coins all day through this and not squint or get a headache. It shows the tiniest of details. I just continuously slide coins and keep it at the same setting, front of coin and back.

I really like this tool I use for my coin collection to check my coins and catalog. I would recommend this microscope to anyone who can use it.

mediocre at best
This is unit feels and looks extremely cheap. Honestly I have a different one that was way less money and is much better quality. The picture is no that great, very difficult to hold focus in one area. Some of the functions described in the listing are not available on the model, the screws that hold the upright to the base were not in the package. It does work and does magnify. Disappointed to say the least.
