Such amazing colour photos and facts galore about the film and its concept.As the first book about the first film, and its sister about the serise, it is again a great read.Such a fascinating insight into the gorgeous world of Downton Abbey.With news that there will be a third film around Christmas and another series for TV coming next year, this and my other books will keep up my Downton fix untill then.

I bought this for my son. He absolutely loves it. A fabulous gift for any Downton Abbey fan.

A good read

This book is excellent value. Very interesting with information about the actors, crew and the locations used in the recent film. Wonderful photographs enhance this quality product. Highly recommend this book I will treasure it.

There are beautiful photos , of the gorgeous costumes , it’s very informative , interesting , I’m pleased I got the book .

I wish it would be less expensive.

I can't read the text without a magnifying glass. The text will not enlarge. That function has been left out. Nothing in this book is "enabled" so I suppose that's why. I hope this is corrected soon. Update: I am going to return this. I simply can't read the text. Also, I can't enlarge the photos to see the details. The extras that comes with every Kindle are absent. Everything is "not enabled". I am not paying $15 for a book I have to read with a magnifying glass. I'm 77 & my vision 8s not what it was.

The book itself looks lovely but it reads very strangely on kindle, frequently only loading half of a picture. Seems to be an issue regardless of whether reading vertically or horizontally. But the photos are lovely and text enjoyable. ( I’m reading this using an iPad…but haven’t had this issue with other books!
