You won't need subtitles anymore.
This device vastly improves my TV listening experience. Before, I was playing the TV at high volume with subtitles. Now the TV speakers can play at normal volume for others or be turned off. I find that I need to be within a few yards of the TV to automatically connect, but I stay connected for much farther away. The price is higher than usual due to the global supply crisis, but I am still glad I bought this. I just wish I had immediately known I could get power via the USB slot on the TV instead of via a wall socket.(Now you know.) The seller was very courteous and helpful.

Two out of three work flawlessly!
I have three TVs in my home and have connected one TV Connector to each TV. Two of these units work very well, but the third one only works once in a while. I have swapped it with each of the other TVs, but the defective one does not work with any of the three TVs. The green light on this unit comes on indicating that it is receiving a signal, and the blue light activates when I push the pair button indicating an attempt to pair, but I don't hear the pairing signal and there is no sound coming from this unit except every once in a while, it will start working. Any suggestions on how to get the defective unit to work?

Phonak transmitter
Phonak transmitter works great with Vizio tv's. I had a lot of trouble with this working with Samsung TV.Otherwise, this is a great tool to keep the volume down on the TV but up on the hearing aids. A+

It works!
After trying to save a buck or so on a lesser product which I never got to work for both ears, I ordered this one and it worked immediately. It's a little expensive but does the job.

Install support
I received the product ,I read the vague instructions and could not get it to connect ,it may partially be my fault also,but instructions show 3 steps what I did ,I will give a different review once I can contact seller on their behalf I am up there in age and electronics is not my Forte, watch for an update on my review

Control of sound
This was easy to set up but wish it had an app to control the volume. I haven’t found a happy medium because some shows are louder than others. Any suggestion?
