I re-ordered this pillow, the first one I received came wit a bamboo case, the second one came with a non removable cover. I have had several brain surgeries and the second one is soft enough I can actually rest my head on it without pain. I would order again if I thought I would get the exact same pillow, but it seems too inconsistent to risk it.

Due to allergies, I find foam latex pillows one of the best options. This pillow is foam latex, it is much denser then my current foam latex pillow therefore it is not as soft. I like the fact it has more form but I am having trouble getting used to it. I have used it for four nights but when I wake up I have another pillow under my head, I think it'll just take time to get use too. The pillow was shipped and I had it within 24 hours which I find amazing.

This pillow comes in a vacuum sealed bag folded in half and completely wrinkled, rendering it simply useless. Tiny pillow, not even standard size. Plus, there was no pillow case. I'm returning this.

The pillow itself is fine. I sleep on my side or stomach and found it fine.Unfortunately, it did not come with a bamboo pillow case. It came with the polyester mesh case but it is not detachable. It is sewn on all the way around.The pillow also needs to off gas quite a bit. It smelled like fish food when I first opened it. I’m spraying it with febreeze to help with that.
