I have only used it once so far. Performed flawlessly. Quality seems to be top notch. Like i said, i have only used it once. So i am not sure of the battery life. This is not meant to be heavy duty. It does have power though. I was surprised. I have owned a worx revolution string trimmer since 2019. No trouble whatsoever. I would expect the same from this grinder. My suggestion. If you are going to use it frequently. Purchase another battery. One other thing. I wished it would have some kind of tote. It came in a cardboard box. If you purchase this grinder, you will not be disappointed.

Powerful, easy to use and operate.
You can use various cutting wheels from most hardware stores, not just the big box ones. The adjustable head let’s you get into hard to reach places. Plenty of tork so it won’t bog down. Battery is really good and is long lasting power to get most jobs done without any problems..Always runs reasonably cool and doesn’t overheat in your hand. Motor runs relatively quiet with very little vibration. If you are doing a job that requires it for most of the day - I would get a second battery naturally. I don’t see any problems even though I have been using it over six months. Really cuts the time on my work projects.

Powerful little cutter
I’m really impressed with this little guy. It cuts through everything I’ve thrown at it with almost no effort. The battery life is surprisingly long too.

My most used tool in my WORX arsenal...
Used this little guy to cut the tread off of a shredded tread of a radial tire on a dual wheel box truck on night on I-65 one night. This tool is only limited to your imagination..... Super tool ya'll. ...

Bigger and heavier than the Milwaukee version but also at least $100 less
This is my first Worx brand power tool and I purchased it because I have been looking at the similar tool from Milwaukee for their 12V line. I thought that the extra power and run time from the 20V system would be worth the compromise from the 12V Milwaukee equivalent and at a price point of at least $100 less than the Milwaukee set it would be worth a try. After my initial test use, this tool hasn't lived up to some of my expectations as I was hoping to get much more capability comparing it to a 12V tool. So with this, you aren't gaining any benefit by carrying the extra weight and size of this tool, but you are getting a similar tool at a much lower price point. My first impression of the tool is that it is much lighter duty than I was expecting and not at all in the same league as the major brands such as Milwaukee, Makita, Bosch and Dewalt. The battery lacks a status indication system that is pretty much standard on most if the modern battery systems from the other brands. The guard is lightweight plastic that I feel is not the proper material for a safety device. This unit is also at least 1 pound heavier than the Milwaukee and is also larger in all key dimensions. Most notably, the battery is square and protrudes all around the handle. This isn't a problem when you are making straight cuts, but when you are cutting free form and are making turns, the battery can get caught up around your arm, a problem that the Milwaukee doesn't have.Initial test of cutting some plastic and metal sheeting materials showed me that the tools is a capable machine. Even cutting through a 1/8' washer, the tool didn't get bogged down as long as you let the tool do the work and account for the fact that the wheel spins about 20k rpm slower than the larger grinders. This tool is not necessarily the tool that every person needs, but if you frequently cut metal or plastic sheet goods, this is a great tool. In the metal shop, my go to tool is the pneumatic angle die grinder to cut out patterns on sheeting material. The size and orientation makes it much easier to manipulate and handle compared to a full sized angle grinder. Replacing/augmenting that tool was the reason that I have been looking at this tool. While the electric ones are heavier than the pneumatic ones, it is free of the cumbersome and limiting air hoses. The weight is also key when you are using this tool for an extended period of time as fatigue of carrying a 5lb tool sets in.While this doesn't have the feel or features of the major brands, the tool does seem capable. The truly telling traits of a good tool is its longevity, which can't be tested quickly. Hopefully this tool will hold up as well as other well known brands.
