Have this threadmill just over three years..it's been used very little and now that it's getting a little more use it has started to give off a smell of burning each time it's used ... expected it to last longer...

Exactly what I ordered, arrived super quick and very easy to put together. The other half has already had a go on it and says it’s perfect!

I was initially pleased but within 3 months the belt started lagging when I step on it. I bought different silicone lubricants but it still slows down tremendously (even though I'm 80kg) and I get scared I might topple over. I cant find any customer service contact details immediately either. Feels like a waste of money.Addendum: customer service contacted me since finding out about the product. They were very proactive and very helpful in correcting the problem. Very good customer service. 5 stars for that alone.

Too thin a track to safely walk. EU voltage/ plug.

On opening up the packaging damage was found . Also you need a plug adaptor for the mains supply.

The guy in picture must be minute as the display on him looks like its head hight, but on me is waste height.Item is good quality but a little flimsy (not strongest treadmill rotating mat grip, as it sometimes slips)But my main criteria when searching for a new treadmill was a lightweight treadmill that was very discreet when folded away, one that could take a 110kg guy with ease (maximum weight 120kg) and be able to get me fit.So an impossible task which this treadmill has accomplished10/10 for my criteria8/10 as a perfect machine for a guy my size

I have a degree in physics and spent most of my life working in electronics. I also have written computer programs for Medical Research and have 3 computers, 1 tablet and 1 smart phone networked so I consider myself well qualified to evaluate this treadmill. I took delivery by DPD of a SportsTech F10- on the 8th July. It is with regret that I have to report that the quality of performance is well below that I have come to expect from a German Factory.First let me say that I was satified with the mechanical functionality of the treadmill. It does all that I require of it. However suspecting that the claimed speeds were in error, I measured them and found them as followed. Claimed Measured Speed Speed 1 km/hr 1.65 km/hr 2 km/hr 1.68 km/hr 3 km/hr 3.73 km/hr 5 km/hr 1.65 km/hr 7 km/hr 7.73 km/hr2. I found trouble pairing my phone or my tablet to the treadmill but when I succeeded, I found I could not get any music out of the speakers and the Kinomap software was so problematic that it was much easier to use the ample supply of scenery movies available on YouTube for display on my TV.3. The pulse display seemed to wander significantly and only began to agree approximately with my oximeter (£16.00) and the latter also displayed the oxygen levels in my blood so was a far superior source of data.I have informed SportTech by email of the above 3 days ago hoping for an explanation but have heard nothing. It took me a while to get it due to carriers issue, long story, probably due to bad luck. But it was worth waiting. I use it three times a week for 30 minutes and it really makes me sweat. I had it for a month now and it still looks brand new and work perfectly well. A robust design for sure. The width of the running belt seems a bit small at first but then you get quickly used to it especially after the warm up session. The equipment is actually a bit smaller than what it looks on the picture but not by much so for those who look for a compact device, go for it. I store it after every single use so it is easy to fold back and put away with little space used in my one bedroom flat. I definitely recommend it for people who want to get fit again without looking for the ultimate performance although you can really go up to 10 km/h speed!
