I haven't seen what you are seeking, but you might make your own extension with something like painter's tape that won't damage the surface.

Will either size work on a 7/8 cello?

Sorry neither of these work for a 7/8 size cello. The only suggestion would be to buy the 4/4 size cello and then cut it into strips. You can use a tuner to find the spots to lay the strips.

Do you have one for mandolin?

The mandolin and violin tune identically, but the necks shape/size are different as well as the mandolin has frets while the violin is fretless. You might apply stickers between the frets if you think that could facilitate your learning experience.
