I have two of these in my kitchen.... one for 20 oz hot cups and one for 12 oz cups. They are beautiful stainless steel and make a nice addition to the kitchen. Everyone who sees them comments favorably. They coordinate well with my stainless steel appliances. These dispensers are easy to install and filling them is easy as well. There is an adjustable ring that allows for different sized cups to be put in the dispenser. If I could take off a half a star it would be for this adjusting ring. It works for holding the different sizes but often times it dispenses two cups at once. If you try to tighten it then it doesn't necessarily dispense as well. Still, this is a minor issue compared to how good this product is in every other way. BOTTOM LINE: definitely a good looking and sturdy dispenser for a variety of cup sizes. A nice addition to the kitchen.

This is an amazing cup holder for any kitchen or refreshments station. What is best, is that this product helps to promotes a safe and a healthy environment for a any business or home. I read a few negative comments about cups falling but this product has the ability to adjust and hold 12 to 24 oz cups. I encourage prospective buyers to buy the right size cups and no less than 12 oz. I highly!! Recomend this product.

Bought two of these for use on our rolled ice cream truck to dispense the paper sundae cups and they worked out fantastic. The smaller of the two cup sizes we use required one of the dispensers to adjusted. The adjustment was easy peasy considering written instructions came with it and its only one screw that needs to be loosened and tightened to dial in cup size. The stainless construction was exactly what we were looking for. The install was different. No instructions at all. Now, I'm handy and can do math so measuring and installing them on the wall square and even all wasn't daunting to me. To someone with little capability, this could pose a problem. For value I might be a little biased because I got both for a smoking good price from Amazon Warehouse, but even so they are worth the money.

Works well, easy to adjust, and simple mounting. Ordered 2 different sizes of this to accommodate our 2 serving sizes. Though if I just mount the brackets to the wall at the same height, the dispensers would end up at the same height. Think again. The mounting slots on the back of the dispensers are different widths, meaning that the larger dispenser sits lower when mounted to the bracket. Once I got them level, they look good, but are a little pricey, but not much else out there to compare it to. Only other glitch for me is that the cups don't tend to come out individually, but in twos or threes. Overall decent, quality product.

Got this for my resturant for the bartenders to keep the cups off of the bar. Works perfectly. The spring is adjustable for different sizes and the cups come out one at a time which I was worried about.

Easy to install and i like how its looks but not a good product... TRUST ME... If you wanna waste your money on this product go ahead you are welcome, but I am telling you it is not a good product. Dispenser CAN'T hold cups in at all. I installed this stupid product on the first day I got it and did the adjustment and everything and after installing it I load in 10 cups and when I try to get a cup out of the dispenser all 10 cups just slide out without any problem. I keep on adjusting it like 5 times still not working... So I sent my wife to the store to get a different size cup and lighter cups, and when she came back she bought 4 different size cups and lighter cups and you know what??? SAME THING..... Useless product I'm telling you. I waste money on this stupid product, waste money on buying different 5 different sizes cups, waste my wife car gas to go look for different cups, waste my wife's time and waste my time installing it.... DON'T BUY IT.
