I’m so pleasantly impressed. I’m now eating a slice of this cake- my first piece of cake (or anything sweet for that matter) in four years. I became intolerant to a multitude of foods four years anfter a certain something, and have eaten the same plain basic foods each day to avoid flared. This nearly brought me to happy tears. The flavor is a little sharp at first due to the cloves, but not off putting in any way. The texture is fluffy and a tad grainy, but nothing to complain about as it’s moist and delicious. I had the ingredients it required on hand so I whipped up the cake quickly. I hope to order more soon. This was convenient and tasty.

Second time making this cake - always a hit!! Add some raisins. So good.

I have a very restricted diet so when I find a product that fits my needs AND tastes great and easy to make, I'm thrilled! My husband can eat what he wants and he loves this cake too. Plus I've served it to guests. You can dress it up a bit with some optional ingredients added to the mix, or serve with fresh fruit and whipped topping, whatever you like. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I'll pay it to get a quality, reliable dessert option.

Have been gluten free for years, but needed to eliminate all grains and legumes (like lentil or chickpea flour) too. This mix has the right ingredients for me. I made them dairy-free with mashed bananas and DF chocolate chips, also added vanilla and spices. The flavor is great and they lasted several days. Note that it is a dense muffin because this type of flour will not give you a light fluffy muffin (no matter which company you buy a mix from!). Having the mix is great for travel when buying all the individual ingredients would have been hard. Would recommend.

Mixed well and when it was finished baking it had a very sandy texture. Very minimum cinnamon taste. I hope the chocolate one is better.

I used to really enjoy these as breakfast muffins. They were easy to make and very good! But my most recent order just arrived and the ingredients are different. They added apple flour, removed coconut sugar and gelatin and now you have to add maple syrup. I would have been willing to try the new formula except I cannot have apple. I’m so disappointed! I also find it frustrating when companies change ingredients and do not update the information online.

These muffins taste and feel like the real deal. They’re soft and super delicious and will make your entire house smell amazing. If you can handle maple sugar, I recommend topping these off with a little maple cream or frosting made from powdered maple sugar. Soooooo yummy, and so far my favorite AIP mix. I think I’ll even use this for a birthday cake next year.

I’m on very strict AIP diet. Plus added problem of no citric acid, therefore no fruit. The change in muffin recipe took out coconut sugar, which may seem healthier, but now unsure how body will react. Also took out any flavor what so ever. Bland mush like the rest or my diet. What happened to the cinnamon? Obviously I can add my own, but for the price, they have ruined one treat for me.
