Both my boys love their "fake fitbits" and having battered the life out of the first version of these fitness trakcers they needed replacing. I decided to stick with the same brand and go for the newer model. Overall I'm really pleased with the improvements they have made. That charging approach is much better now, a separate lead that connects onto the back of the tracker. The old connection style built into the strap was one of the failure points leading to a replacement being required. They have also added a raised edge around the screen face which I hope will reduce the scratching suffered as the kids are not at all careful with them. Finally they've got a new design for managing the strap when wearing which is better than the thin loop, which often got snapped by my eldest. So overall a very similar device in terms of the tech, but with some thoughtful design updates that I hope will make it last just a little bit longer!

The watch is a good size, easy to see data on the watch but unable to see it on the app??Can change the faces and set timers via the app.It’s a little basic (no games or camera) , but that’s good as it won’t distract our 7 year old too much when he wears it for school.At its price point it’s good for a careless 7 year old who is happy with it. And if he’s happy we are happy :)

Needs charging frequently which is surprising for a watch with limited functionality as this.It fails in its primary function as a watch unless permenantly connected via Bluetooth to a mobile device. My son wears it to school and not only does the time drift but its drifts by days within a short period so it fails in its core function of being a watch.The permenant connection to Bluetooth makes me wonder what the hell data is being beamed to China as I can only stop the app with Force Stop

Nice looking watch, good fit and looks nice on. Easy to set up and install, got different modes and is easy to use especially for children that have never worn or used a smart watch before.Unfortunately it did break after a couple of months but the company quickly sorted this and sent out a new watch.

A cool little device for kids. My 7 year old loves it and it has certainly made him more active, as he wants to see how many steps he can get each day. Our device stopped working after a while, but I spoke to the custromer services dept and they were brilliant - they sent us a replacement out free of charged. Very good service.
