Finally I don’t need to run a program just to have the video working. I came from Logitech cameras, and on a Mac they all require you to have their app and Zoom running at the same time. Not useful, or easy. However, this Anker camera is amazing, plug and play. I only open their app to adjust settings and do software update, but other than that it just magically works with Zoom. Quality is amazing, everyone keep telling me how sharp my video always looks. Very good low light quality and it’s not bulky or has weird cables. Superb product.

I need a great camera to conduct work and meet with clients if I am not in the office or meeting in person. Having the Anker C302 is a must

’ve had good experiences with Anker products, so I gave this webcam a chance. Unfortunately, my MacBook Pro (M1) does not recognize it at all. The software available on Anker’s website fails to detect the camera, rendering it unusable. After some research, it’s clear that other users have experienced similar compatibility issues with PowerConf cameras on Macs. It’s hard to understand how a product at this price point can be sold and then effectively abandoned with no meaningful support just a few years later. This was an expensive purchase, and it now sits unused in its box. Avoid it.

I'm very impressed with this camera. I wanted something with an effect similar to Apple's "Center Stage" feature without the expense of buying a new computer. This camera delivers on that. It's also far superior (in image quality, lighting and field of view) to the default 720p webcam built-in to the 2017 iMac. I needed a camera that could fit multiple people in frame for video calls, and this is much better than what we had before. Thank you, Anker and Amazon! Edit: The solo and group automatic framing work just dandy if one person's in the frame, but as soon as we added a second person to the frame, the AI doesn't know how to respond and jumps between different sizes so rapidly that we had to turn off all AI framing. Hopefully Anker will fix this in a software update. So in the end, if definitely doesn't replicate "Center Stage" with more than one person in frame, but the quality, lighting and FOV are still big winners.

I use this camera every day for work and meetings, even with a background on Zoom. I can place it almost anywhere at any angle, and it works perfectly!

This web cam works as advertised. The face tracking feature is pretty cool and is automatic. I bought this camera to live stream on my Xbox Series X and it recognized the camera right away. I also used it on my MacBook Pro and it also worked perfectly with it too. I highly recommend this product to anyone that’s live streaming or if they’re looking to upgrade their current web cam.

The camera quality was not great for someone with grey hair. I attempted to research a resolution, and after trying several different settings, I was unable to resolve the issue. Reaching support was impossible. In addition to this issue, the quality of audio on the microphone was very poor - super tinny. This product is definitely NOT worth the price!

Purchased this new C302 and it died in less than 1 year. Beware, they would not honor warranty saying the unit was refurbished, which is is not and receipt says NEW. Unless they are selling used SIN# units under the guise of new on Amazon. Too bad, camera is decent when it worked. Camera is from known brand and The best 2k Webcam I tried

I saw the results of the previous version of this offering from Anker. My friend used and still uses them, and they are very impressive. I was tired of these 30-40 euro webcams where one has to compromise on either video or audio. In most cases you end up using your own headphones. I purchased them with great excitement since I have had splendid experiences with all anker products. The packaging was exciting, and the device itself is heavy and high quality. I like that they offer a USB c converter. I appreciate the privacy coverings provided. Installation was very straight forward. Let me cut to the chase, there is barely any better video out there. Beautiful and crisp picture, and the Anker app itself is genius. You can make the video as focused as you like to (in my case hide the disorganized laundry in my room). All my calls had no video problems and were very clear. The audio, being the reason for my bad experience, was horrible. I am not talking that it was not like a Sony wireless headphone microphone, but rather that it was almost non existent. I tried in 4 different calls and the microphone just wouldn't work or work with an unforgivable 3 second lag. The video worked fine. This is unacceptable for any webcam, and I should not have to use my soundcore earphones when I have a 130 euro business webcam. I will unfortunately be returning it. In conclusion, if you always use headphones and are not doing a group call, go for this, otherwise refrain.

I use this camera for online meetings and it gives clear videos as specified, even in the low light conditions. So far, I am happy with the product. It was delivered quickly and all the accessories were given.

A decent webcam but it stopped working after 18 months.
