Product is good.But faced issue with Luminous Customer care. Technician who called for installation was rude and was aksing for money. After multiple calls with customer care technicians visited for installation.

Installation Service is very poor
The installation service is very poor. The electrician don't even know how to do basic wiring. Eventually I had to pay electrician 500 for fixing the mains in the switch board. The product is making noise.
