Ok so this product worked exactly as described. For some reason the picture displays water as if it sprays water. Well it doesn’t. It does connect to your phone via an app. I had no issues with accessing it on my iPhone12. You can take pictures while you’re in your ear or record. It’s pretty awesome. My ears didn’t have anything and I was confident I had blockage. I checked my 67 year old mothers and we found the biggest blackest wax load. Larger than a California raisin! It’s too gross to show but I captured the entire removal with this cool little tool. The video was over 6 minutes so the recording time is long also.

I had the most annoying scratching sound in my ear for the longest time when I used a q-tip to clean my ears. It sounded loud like when you get water in your ear or something but I couldn’t figure out the awful sound. Was it a flake of dead skin I couldn’t loosen? Was it an in-ear zit? Was it some spider or horrible bug that had made its home in my ear? I had nightmares about it before I finally bought this. It came with little to no instructions but I looked up the brand and model (bebird c3) in the App Store and managed to get it working long enough to find the tiniest little pet hair that had worked it’s way into my ear (picture included). It sounded big everytime the q-tip poked it but it was maybe 2cm and impossibly thin. Honestly all I can say is thank god for the relief. If I never have to use the product again that’s fine but for what I paid and how well it worked this one time I needed it it’s an easy 5 stars.

So I struggled to make this device connect to the android application. Every time I connected to the 'device wifi', it was disconnecting a few seconds later... making it impossible to work with.But I finally made it work... by putting the phone in AIRPLANE MODE. I also had the BLUETOOTH disconnected, but not sure if it had any impact since I had the BLUETOOTH disconnected before and had no luck. I am positive the AIRPLANE MODE is the key.My wife was able to work with it without interruptions.

First, as I have seen admonished in other reviews (and was therefore, thankfully, already prepared) you must be physically careful when using the device. Use extremely small, slow, cautious motions. It can be all too easy to puncture your eardrum using such a small instrument inside your ear.Second, be very careful about the app it uses. I should have paid better attention to reviews regarding trouble with this, and warnings that popped up on my phone in the process of installing and starting it. I don't know enough about programming to say that it's bad or corrupt, or anything, but at the very least, it is not compatible with all phones or other apps you may have and use. Thankfully, my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) is fine, but a few other apps I rely on heavily went terribly wonky until I uninstalled the app for this device. For me this means I got all of one use out of this for the money.In that one use, however, I can say it wasn't bad. I already knew to be careful, so I avoided hurting myself. It did get a bit warm the longer I used it, but not uncomfortably so. As a safety feature, the attachments screw on, so they can't fall off and get stuck in your ear. The picture was clear enough to begin with, though it did begin to get a bit blurry in time (due to contact with wax, perhaps?). I am, of course, not used to seeing the inside of my own ear at all, let alone zoomed in, so navigation was a bit iffy as far as knowing what I was looking at. I figured that was me, and I would get better with that with practice (until I figured out I can no longer use it because of how it affects other apps I need more). I also found it very easy to clean when I was finished.All in all, I obviously need to find something with an app that is compatible with my phone and other apps, and I would like the picture quality to be more lasting and consistent. Still, I would have to say it's probably not the worst purchase to start with if you're interested in using such a thing and IF the app is compatible with your phone.

This is the second one I've purchased. The first one stopped working (picture went grainy with streaks of color and then eventually blank) after 3 months. I purchased a second one and the same thing happened. Fun product but does not last.

If you are like me and hate to go to the doctors for occasional earwax removal or want to give yourself a heads up on an ear infection coming on, this instrument is for you. The instructions that came with this are simple and clear on where to find the app that goes with it and how to operate this device, but if on the off chance you run into a hiccup, you can contact the seller who is more than willing to offer help on how to connect this device. Additionally, if you find yourself having questions or trouble with the app, the app developers are quick to respond and offer help.Last month, this device tipped me off on the start of an ear infection which I had no symptoms of. The camera clearly showed an inflamed area inside my ear and I was able to get to the ear doctor to have it treated before it got out of hand.The device has paid for itself in saving me money going to the doctor for simple earwax build-up and takes the guess work out of what's going on inside my ear. I would recommend this device and this seller.

The media could not be loaded.  Can see clearly what's inside the ear!Awesome and cool gadget! It's lightweight, wireless, and of high definition. Come with four additional rubber scoops for different family members. There is also a fixed ring to tighten the scoop so I think it won't fall into my ears. Nice!
