PowerConf S330

Excellent product. Since I use my laptop on a dock, the built-in sound was too weak, so I bought this. Works perfectly both as a speaker and for conference calls (Teams, Zoom, etc.). The sound is loud and clear with no crackling or distortion. It connects via USB-C and even includes a C-to-A adapter in the box. What I really like is the physical microphone mute button – very handy for meetings. The device also has smart voice enhancement that filters out background noise, making conversations much clearer. Another clever touch: the USB cable wraps neatly around the unit and the tip is magnetic, so you can just pack it up, put it in your pocket, and carry on. Solid build, great performance – I grabbed it on sale, but even at full price it’s worth it. 10/10, five stars.

Bought this for my home office, to make it more convenient to join Teams calls without the need for a headset. Nicely designed with cable tidy ‘ridge’ at the base of the unit. Cable isn’t particularly long - so USB port will need to be 12-18” away or less - but I’ve had no issues with sound quality, etc. I use the device regularly on Teams calls. Removes the need for having to constantly reach for a headset, or having to worry about charging a rechargeable headset, etc etc. Sound quality good. Additionally, as my job role often requires that I type whilst talking, colleagues have confirmed that they can’t hear the typing even though keyboard is right next to the speaker, so the noise cancelling aspect is also pretty effective. Great value for money - there are plenty of other options that are 4-5 times the price but won’t offer much more by way of functionality.

GOOD Simple to use. Clear sound. Inoffensive appearance. NOT SO GOOD Short cable, needing a hub with a long cable when used with a desktop pc. My colleague, who is ardently untechnical, was very pleased with the ease of setup and the clear sound. The size (small) made up for the uninspiring appearance. As the short cable and the positioning of their pc made them sound very distant on Teams, an extension (in the form of a hub with a long cable) was required. Overall, a success.

Very good, good noise cancelling, pics up the voice well and is loud for good clarity

Simple plug and play device. My wife is IT challenged and this device is perfect for switching between Teams and Zoom as well as play audio files without having (me) to adjust settings. Good volume and mic pickup.

Intermittent microphone problems, despite updating all the required software and drivers. Abandoned using it and replaced with a Jabra.

I have mixed feelings about this speaker. It is really good when it's connected to my phone, but I bought this primarily to use with my work laptop. However, there are issues when connecting to certain laptops, for example Dell. I get crackling when connected to my laptop. Anker states in online documentation this is due to the laptop, and not the speaker. Regardless whose fault it is, it doesn’t work well with all laptops.

Fast delivery and works very well as I am teams calls for a lot of the day and it beats a headset.
