One year Printer experience and after sales experience
I bought this one last year and suddenly it is started showing some error! We reached to customer care and they took 7 days to send someone to check the printer! The technician said its printer heads are not working. We tried to ask the reason what could have caused this. But the guy said no reason sir. It just happened. Now the coast of repair is 10K. I went to a local repair shop and got surprised to see so many same model and a model above this one lying there. The guy said sir this printer is coming here very very often and since the repair cost is too high people are not coming back to collect it ? We use this 4/5 times in a month and that too for 4/5 pages. Mainly kids homework and practice sheet. Very very bad printer

overpriced and some feature could be improved, other wise nice.
Product is ok, overpriced compared to brother with same features. Unless you use the app from mobile or laptop, the printer itself doesn’t intuitive or have enough buttons to help. This could have been improved in a big printer or touch facilities should have been made available. Another thing is the id card feature doesn’t retain actual size which makes it difficult to use in govt offices. This is more a software feature and guess could be improved. Product is easy to install, comes nicely packed. Duplex feature is good. Use of mobile app is extremely easy.

Yesterday I received it:. Installation was easy… print quality , xerox both were okay… ink refilling system has auto cut.. hassle free use… easy to connect through wifi

Don't buy hp printer
Defective product deliver stop working after 15 - 16 days of delivery and technical support of hp is very bad 👎 my printer is not repaired after 15 days of complaint when I asked for early repair they told me that sir part is not in stock.

Post reset, wifi will be gone
Very useless printer, wifi setup is very complex, and if you change your router or wifi, then you will never be able to setup wifi again, it will be disabled permanently. No online solution is avaiable, I m struggling from last few days, seems I need to call support people now and don't know how much they will charge to fix, or if it will be fixed or not no clue, with one more HP printer I faced same issue, and I had to replace my printer as it is not possible to enable the wifi by technician, as it has to be done as hard reset.
