Works as advertised
I purchased this cover because I kept dropping my Freestyle Libre 2 reader/monitor, scratching the screen and I was concerned that it would get damaged beyond functioning. At a cost of almost $400, I was not prepared to buy a replacement, either. This cover fit the Abbott monitor perfectly and protects it from inadvertent drops.My one negative (if you can call it a negative) is that the soft silicone also absorbs some of the vibration notifications emitted by the reader/monitor. When I get occupied throughout the day, I don't always feel the vibration in my pant pockets, and for someone who gets hypoglycemic, those alerts can be critical. But the good far outweighs any negative; I'm sure I would have a damaged, non-working monitor by now if not for this case. It does its job, and I would definitely recommend it.
