Welds broken
Product very easy to use but welds cracked on all 4 hinges all in the same place and broke on 1. Don't expect to get ahold of anybody for warranty or repair parts no answer and no return call. Good for 2 years now broken. Back to a flat ramp for me

Serious design flaws and terrible customer service
I cannot recommend this snowmobile ramp to anyone. I've used this ramp several times over the last few months and there are fatal design flaws, as well as issues with customer service.Firstly, unless you have an 8-foot bed and a short track, you must buy the optional sled riser ($150) to unload your sled because it's impossible to get the ramp underneath your track when it's in the bed, even with help from someone else. The only way you could possibly do it without the sled riser is if you have someone standing in the bed and lifting the sled up while two people slide the ramp under the track (this is what I had to do). This leads me to my next point, it is impossible to use this ramp to unload your sled without two people. Each section of the ramp is free to move independently, which means that when you open up the ramp to slide it under your sled to unload it, the side sections typically hang lower than the middle section when you hold the ramp up alone. The only way to overcome this is to use two people, with each person grabbing a side and sliding it underneath the track together. This completely defeats the purpose of transporting your sled in your bed though, which is typically done by solo riders who don't want to deal with the hassle of towing a trailer to transport one sled.My ramp also broke at the side hinge/bracket, and I wasn't even using it at the time. I left the ramp outside and it got snowed on. When I lifted the ramp up out of the snow it broke at the weld on the hinge/bracket that connects the center section to the right ski slide. There are only two hinges/brackets per side, and this puts a lot of pressure on each one. All other tri-fold ramps come with three or four hinges per side. Having only two hinges per side is a serious design flaw, and you can expect a break at some point.Lastly, and most importantly, Rev Arc does not stand behind their products. I emailed Rev Arc directly to purchase a stud protection kit for my ramp and a sled riser, and they were quick to respond (Ryan, who I assume is the owner, emailed me the same day). Shortly afterward, I asked if I could also purchase a new hinge/bracket to replace the one that broke. They immediately ignored me even though I sent multiple emails over multiple days. I wasn't asking for a free warranty replacement or complaining about the product, this was just a request to buy a piece of aluminum that probably costs them $5 to make. It's baffling and deeply alarming.... why is Rev Arc unable to provide replacement parts for their products? Why did Rev Arc pass up a $225 sale of accessories just to avoid selling a $5 piece of aluminum? What will happen when someone makes a warranty claim on a defective product? This is very concerning to potential buyers and to any retailers who carry their products. How can someone purchase or sell expensive Rev Arc products without a concrete warranty, or at least the ability to acquire replacement parts down the road? Stay away from Rev Arc ramps.

Have to block up the track when using ramp, or ramp is very hard to get out from under track.
Ramp is pretty light, somewhat awkward to handle with the track extension.

I absolutely love this ramp
I absolutely love this ramp, I am able to set it up and lift it by myself. It allows me to slowly "crawl" up or down the ramp to load my snowmobile into the back of my truck. Allows me to be completely independent with my snowmobile!!!

Incredible ramp
The middle section allows easy movement up the ramp without having to speed up because of the angle and snow slipping out from under the tread. This prevents accidents so a great investment.
