I had nothing but great experiences with this seller, they are quick to respond to my issues, they provide solutions and are very helpful. The radio is a great product even tho the first one was defective, my replacement worked great. Back up camera does not work but the unit was cheap enough I just kept it for the stereo only a 20 yr old car that doesn’t need a camera. However, if that’s a selling point they should ensure that it works. Seller worked with me after trying to provide troubleshooting and offered a full refund so updating my review to reflect that process in making me whole.
