Received it on 23 Oct 2022 and on 02 Nov 2022 realized it does not charge at all. Its lying there without charge, as a VERY EXPENSIVE SHOWPIECE

It goes with it's name, in sleep mode, it is so comfortable that I fall in sleep every time I run it (within just 10 minutes). It feels so fresh after having each massage. The warm touch helps with dry eyes.Most important: They have amazing customer support.

It’s a great product and work very well for the dry eyes. Top of that service that provide was the best. It was a small factory defect of the item and I send the message to seller and respond was incredible. No questions to ask and Adam send me a new one in two days.I am recommending to buy this product and the seller.

J'ai adoré l'utiliser, mais il est contre indiqué pour les personnes faisant de la haute pression. J'ai fait de la haute pression pendant des jours avant de comprendre que c'était ce qui ne m'aidait pas. On ne le sait pas avant de lire les instructions malheureusement.

Update: customer service addressed the issue. Thank you!---Old review: unfortunately the battery died. It started with charging only last 1 run... and now completely dead after charging all night.

Heat, pressure and vibration are not strong enough.Also the surface of the mask was broken slightly on the edge.Comparing with the same type of products sold on Amazon, too expensive with less and weaker function.
