There are cheaper electric log burners, but after reading reviews and finding the exact colour I wanted I decided to treat myself to this Dimplex. Turned out to be the right decision. It looks lovely in my cottage style lounge and performs beautifully. It definitely takes the 'nip' out of the air, even on the low setting. I also love the effect of just the 'fire' without the heat which runs very quietly.

We bought this to hardwire into our period bathroom. It won't be on for very long so I cannot comment on efficiency or long term use. We have tried it out using the plug and for the money, it looks great and gives an ample amount of heat for our needs.Other reviews comment on the noise and quality, but our one is absolutely fine. I'll write an additional review once it's installed and been working for a few months.

My Daughter is never warm even when the rad is on in her room.She on line with college so even if she don't put the heat on She can always put the flame on . She loves it

Very satisfied with this purchase. Love the colour and the flame effect is very realistic. The item is perfect for my conservatory and is very pleasing on the eye and sits neatly in this space. I would certainly recommend this product.v
