This is one of my favorite brands of kinesiology tape. It’s heavy duty and has held up to a lot of movement and showers. It’s easily been the one that actually lasts as long as it says it does.A few times I have ended up with a blister or a rash from a reaction to kinesiology tape, I have never had either issue with this brand.

This stuff works wonders for my single isolated instance of arthritis (index finger DIP joint). My only complaint is that once it gets wet or moist, it's pretty much done for. Not sure if it's because of the smaller surface area but it just doesn't adhere well when wet and becomes pretty loose. Otherwise, it seems to get the job done

I had labrum surgery a while ago and still have a weak/worn down upper bicep. I have pretty regular soreness even when not doing any activity. I now use this tape every single time for golf, volleyball, or any other physical activity. Honestly, I have no idea how it works but it does. Amazingly. Highly recommended.Make sure you put it on before sunscreen or any lotion. If you try to stick it on wet/oily skin, it will not stick well and slowly come off over time.

This tape caused severe allergic reaction! I’ve used it many times before. They must have changed the adhesive
