Each bottle is 500ml. It's easy to use in the shower in place of any shower gel. There's no need to leave on for ages just wash and done. It's best used with a low pressure shower and keep the water not too hot. It smells lovely and fresh and clean and leaves skin soft and moisturised. Even the mrs' sensitive skin that's prone to itching was soft and calm. This does smell clean and fresh so it is suitable as a unisex shower cream.
