F drive not accessible does not work
This item does not work. Used a laptop to try and download the drivers. Once I downloaded the drivers, I followed the instructions and plugged in the USB with the digital photo album attached. It kept telling me that I need to format the disk. I clicked on "OK", and it gives me an error message - F:drive is not accessible cannot be found or cannot be formatted! This item also does not retain a charge without being plugged in. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY IT

The battery will not take a charge. The only way to see any photos you have to leave it plugged in which defeats the whole point

it didn't work, had power when plugged in, couldn't upload photos, didn't have power if not plugged in, etcpurchased as gift so didn't know until after window for returning was over and no way to contact seller to correct

Deceptive Description
Description is ONLY PARTIALLY CORRECT ! Claims one can take pictures with you everywhere you go for slideshow to view. Major restriction is device must be hooked to computer TO VIEW ! ...... never use :(

Worthless piece of garbage
Bought this new in package, opened it up and the CD is damaged and it is blank! NO way to charge the battery unless you buy extra accessories. Piece of garbage and not worth returning it....cost me more in gas to get back to the store.

waste of money
I spent $20 on this at the local Walgreens and got it home and read the instructions. Pretty simple. Popped the CD in the CD ROM to download the driver and there were no files on the CD!!! I bought a blank CD! So I tried to call Innovage's 800-number, and, surprise...a bogus 800-number! I'll try to take it back, but seeing as how the package has been opened and CD removed from the sleeve, I'm probably out the money. Don't waste your $$$! I really give this a zero-star rating, but you have to give at least a 1-star in order to review.

waste of money
I also bought this and got it home to install the CD and guess what, its blank! Went to the company website. They have a link to install the software, however, the MAC link doesn't work, and the windows link downloads and then doesn't work. Chinese Crap!
