I was a little worried,...until I saw it.
My ibuypower Model was with a 12700/3080 Ti - I know the reviews are a little mixed with these prebuilt comps. As we should all be wary of is shipping damage, mine arrived the day after I bought it by UPS in perfect shape!! I opened it up and removed the foam. I noticed upon a quick review that the back-upper motherboard had a screw missing. I was not too worried until I found the inputs on the back of the motherboard were crooked in the back inputs and would not seat easily,..I repositioned another motherboard screw to correct it. That was all that was necessary for corrections. The GC, CPU cooler, Ram,.Cable ties, all were secure. Being my 2nd ibuypower computer I had very high hopes and even before turning it on, I installed a high end sound card and my old gaming drive (WD black 5 tb, about 3tb of steam games) before powering it up,... everything worked like a charm. A quick recommendation after my first day of running it: This case does not breath well in my humble opinion. The entire front plate is solid and is sealed, the air inflow is just a right side of air intake, (about 1 inch with a filter) and about an inch completely open at the bottom. The CPU radiator is thankfully located at the top of the computer, however there is a fine dust filter, and then that is semi blocked by the small holes of the case itself. I removed the top dust filter (because air is flowing OUT of the case) to allow more air flow. The 12700 does put out a lot of heat from the top radiation. I like the thermal feed back on my legs to see how hot things are getting. This PC cranks, its beautiful..... I am very happy. I researched for about 2 months to finally get his one. My previous computer,...my old beloved i5-2550 finally died, so you know I take these decisions very carefully. Good luck with you purchase!

Could have been a great purchase…
Bios did not came installed. This is crucial because after setting up my bios a recovery error showed and said the operating system needs repaired. I am very disappointed in this purchase. My PC did not have any air sealed bag to protect my motherboard and graphics card so damaged could easily have happened when shipping.

Decent build marred by no documentation, poor cpu fan and power supply
This is my 4th IBUYPOWER PC. I haven't had an issue yet and have been pleased with the build. I have confidence in the brand, unlike some of the other competitors - I am talking about you cyberpower.PROS:This is a decent gaming pc and is a significant performance upgrade from my I7 (lga1151) PC. The desktop case is actually quite roomy and can handle 2 ssds and 2 HDD without any issue (4 sata ports). There are 2 USB3 ports on the top of the case - very nice for external HDs. The 3 front case fans provide decent air flow although I would have preferred a better CPU fan that the Intel stock fan. My motherboard is an ASRock and has quite a few overclocking features.CONS:- Terrible documentation: no docs on the desktop case and components- Windows 11 product key misinformation - had to search online to figure out where it is. It is not in BIOS!- Crappy CPU fan. Do not try overclocking unless you replace it.- Terrible power supply - some off brand that some users have already had failIf you have the knowledge to replace the power supply and the CPU fan, this will be a decent gaming computer. You will be doing this in the dark as there is no documentation.

Well it was nice for 3 days
My daughter has wanted a gaming computer for 7 years i finally broke down and.....For 3 days she was elated, then....It died the guess is the power supply was faulty. Talked to tech support, we can either send the computer back at our cost ($95) or pay for the part and then send back the old one to get reimbursed. Again with spending more money. After talking with our local build store we decided to just have them do it. We bought a 750w supply and added 1tb ssd for less then all this shipping back and forth. Besides drive time it took 20 minutes and shes happy again...The tower looks really nice. Im feeling like in another 6 month ill have built the computer i should have from the start.I really would have felt better about this company if tech support had sent the part free and a return label to return the faulty part. It still would have cost us to install since we're not computer builders, but would have been a better response for a 3 day old computer that failed.Lesson learned buy local for computers. Im sure shipping them isnt the best option.

Better Than I Expected
I was hesitant to pull the trigger to purchase this PC. I am subscribed to Gamers Nexus on YouTube and I watched a “tear down” video they had published in which they bought a prebuilt iBuyPower Gaming PC and, needless to say, it was not good for iBuyPower. Gamers Nexus uncovered many problems, the worst exposing the very poor quality control. Yet, given the market conditions at the time of my purchase and after months of flipping through the various gaming PC pages on Amazon, I decided to buy this PC with the intent to tear it down and inspect the PC upon its arrival. If the build were to be poor, I would return it for a full refund. That was not the case.Upon its arrival and removal from the very nice box with very good protective packaging, I immediately began the inspection. I found absolutely zero problems. The build was extremely good. Everything was tight, cable management was exceptional for a prebuilt, and everything worked perfectly.I ordered the PC with the Intel i7-11700F and the RTX 2060, which is perfect for 1080p gaming at ultra settings and some 1440p at high. I placed my order in April of 2022 and my PC came with Windows 11 preinstalled. In my version, I received a 500GB Adata Swordfish NVMe SSD (not a 480GB SSD) with pretty decent read and write speeds, nearing 2,000MB per second read. However, I decided to upgrade my NVMe to the Western Digital SN750-SE 1TB version, which reads at 3600MB per second. I moved the 500GB Adata Swordfish NVMe drive to the lower Gen3 NVMe slot on the motherboard, where the read and write speeds remained the same. Nice! The motherboard is the solid ASRock B560M-C that supports overclocking and XMP profile. You can also control the ARGB from within BIOS, which is a cool feature. Upon inspection within BIOS, I discovered that iBuyPower had already enabled the XMP profile for the RAM and had it clocked at 3000MHz. Great!I received 16GB of Apacer CL16 3000MHz RAM with heatsinks. Upon running a test within User Benchmark, The RAM was rated at the 98th percentile - which is incredible. For 16GB of 3000MHz RAM, this RAM outperforms 98% of all other matching RAM configurations. Sweet!I received a clean-looking Gigabyte RTX 2060 with a top plate and two fans. The GPU performs as expected and the temperature never exceeds 85 degrees celsius. It could be better. It could be worse. The system does not seem to throttle - yet. I have more testing to do.The CPU cooler is basically a stock cooler, yet it performs decently - better than expected. I have yet to see the CPU surpass 80 degrees celsius. The included mouse and keyboard are for gaming - and they are pretty decent. Are they superb? No, of course not - but they work well. The RGB is controlled by both the keyboard and the mouse. The system included paper instructions. The case and fans are very nice. They exceeded my expectations. The case is solid, heavy, and well built. The fans are thick and very quiet, which I did not expect. Cool!Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and will be looking to iBuyPower in the future. I am of the belief that Gamers Nexus did us all a favor when they exposed iBuyPower for their very poor quality control. I believe that iBuyPower listened to them and made very good changes. Thank you, iBuyPower!***UPDATE: A few days later (after submitting my review) I discovered that I received the 12GB version of the RTX 2060 instead of the standard 6GB version. This is a very welcome fact. Compared to the 6GB version, the 12GB version of the RTX 2060 is a bit faster and yields a few extra FPS in most games, and can even provide ten or more FPS is some. Awesome thing!
