Q: Will the color refresh shampoo out?

Yes, it will rinse out depending on your hair. Sticks well on bleached hair and makes it feel conditioned.

Q: Will this stain my pillow case?

I used the pearl silver for blonde hair and it didn't stain anything. I didn't even need to wear gloves.
