Product stinks
I ordered the product previously and it was perfect and I ordered a second one and it was completely different product. The Bottle is defective and has a rotten smell and taste Despite washing it numerous times.

The Bottle is Great, but the Jute Bag is damaged?
Namaskar,Thank you for offering to sell such products. The Copper Bottle is best to use for drinking. And yes a BAG along with it, protects the bottle and makes it usable for much longer. This is a Brilliant concept. However the BAG I received was damaged. I have tried to contact Amazon about this, they just TOLD to return is. And you'll get another bottle. But I had already used it, so couldn't really sent it back.I hope that they check the Jute bags for other customers. So that they can use their bottle well for long term. ANd thank you everyday for the wonder idea.PranamRaj

Pretty and functional
Everyone comments on my copper water bottle. I like the hammered finish and getting the health benefits of copper. Stays fresh and cleaner than I expected. I have bought several for gifts. I may need a new one, my son has been taking mine!

Nice bottle (while it lasted)
The bottle looks nice, but the copper lid isn't very practical. The thread is too fine. The lid never closed very well. Now it is stuck and the bottle is unusable. The bottle would be excellent with a plastic lid like the steel bottles. Should have the same thread so that lids are interchangeable.
